The way I understand it, jelqing counters all fluid retention and signs of bruising.
I’m beginning to test my limits and I’m having no evidence that I should slow down other than my own common sense. I didn’t expect I’d be comfortably doubling the recommended usage in my first week.
Here is the question. What are less obvious signs of over pumping that I should be looking for? I’m already seeing the obvious spottin and bluing but I have all that worked out before I re enter The BathMate and certainly never leave a workout in that’s condition. Always end with SSJ
