Bathmate hydro7 toast after eight uses

Tried using my bathmate hydro7 again today it is completely broke and I don't know how I never dropped it or anything. The baffle gaiter part is crooked and it won't go straight when you pull it, it's too solid it's not very elastic at all. I can manage to get it so no water comes out now I did this and after 2 pumps the water instead of squirting like it use to it just kind of comes out of the top from the sides but no stream and it doesn't build up more pressure. It's getting me to 4in max vs use to get up to 6.25 or very slightly above that. Idk what the hell happened, it's just been in more droor a bit over a week as I been using the Amazon electric hydro pump. I did pull off the foam thing stuck to the bottom of the gaiter after my last use, but many people on YouTube say TO do this, it's like a phone or electronic they usually jave plastic over it you can just peel off, or are they wrong and you NEED this shit? Rofl I hope not... The valve something is very fucked about the top valve thing when I pump now, even after the side thing happens, I keep trying and then it will release all by itself without my hands anywhere near it to press it down. I will never buy a bathmate product again. I got eight days of good use from it before tonight. If I would every buy a $250-300 one hydro extreme I would want at least one full year use of it, but preferable 1.5-2. I don't know why, and I tried returning it before due to the low amount of pressure it even can give you and they wouldn't take it because I threw the box out even though I had the receipt. $139.01 gone. Now, until I get more money again, I have to use one of my two air pumps I use to use just fill a bit under half way with water but now I won't be satisfied unless I can't fully fill it I'm debating to poke holes in the end of the one I have that has a bulb to see if I can make it like a hydro extreme handle but if it doesn't work that would suck. And as I just posted the pics darnit, I apologize this phone camera is bad. The bottom part, it's not straight. The valve problem isn't visible, maybe upon taking it apart idk.

Is this a recent one or an old one? If it's a new one, not used one, it can be replaced as a lifetime warranty defect. Even if it's a few years old, you can still get it replaced due to defects as long as there was no abuses to the parts. The Bathmate is known for the bad defects between the plastic baffles gaiter and the acrylic cylinder bonding. The company knows this.

Bathmate is a very good at their commercial sensationalizing. So yes, everyone is hooked because of the sensationalizing and promises without doing real deep dive on the product exploration.

No need for receipt. You can contact the company that sold you it. The company should have the electronic invoice. If not, pull the card you use to purchase the product. That is also your evidence of purchase.

Don't take anything apart at this moment. There is a defect in the system. Simply return it as is. My suggestion is to upgrade your system to something more concrete, such as exchangeable cylinder type like the MityVac. But you will have to spend a bit more to get the larger water reservoir to prevent the water from entering the hand pump. Water is your worst enemy for any moving parts.

Tyvm!!!! I will eventually probably buy a mitybac but I don't understand yet how it works with water. I watched some YouTubers on it but they never demonstrate it in the ones I saw. I want the next hydro pump I buy to be manual so it works for this; but I also want it to pump the water out like the bathmate does and my electric one (squirts the water out at the end). And for card I paid with cash for the hydro7 but I think I still have the receipt I should message their headquarters. Tyvm!!!!!+++++

I checked Adam and Eve return form online they need a item number it says and that it takes up to three to four weeks for them to receive products shit..... I might put this thing on Etsy or something for like $60 lol. I noticed last night watching YouTube, some people like Dr. Hink, pull out that bigger piece on the bottom of their bathmate he says TO remove it well mine never had one of those. It's like white and goes it the bottom idk wtf kuz even on hydro7 videos on YouTube those have them.

This is SIM's compilation of MityVac using water. However, the smaller 4oz water trap is not enough. We tested and set trials on 1 liter size. All brothers using the 1 liter water trap is happy.
