Bathmate customer service

Hello all, I recently ordered a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] on February 4th from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].com. Immediately after my purchase i received an order confirmation number sent to my email indicating me of a successful payment transaction. Then on the 8th i emailed [email protected] to see if they had a routing number with the shipping information. I did not get a reply and sent another email on the 11th and still have not heard back from them. I understand they are switching or have changed distributors but i see no excuse for not replying to a customer's emails. if there are any [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] rep's on this board that could help me out i would greatly appreciate it. thanks
 
I ordered my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 7 days before the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] package.. now I have received the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] package 2 days ago... i have feeling the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] isnt going to come at all by now, its been 13 days now since ive ordered the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]..how long did it ake most of you fellas out there to receive your [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is what I want to know..if not received by sun down today I will notify their customer support ASAP.. >:(
 
so im not the only one going through this bs... but I ordered mine a few days bedore you did.. it should of been here by now if we werent scamed.. i wonder how long it usually takes for customers to receive theirs, if someone out there could shed info on that it be highly apreciated?
 
i ordered the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] using the link provided by redzulu on the 6th. the email i received following the purchase said that domestic deliveries done in the US could take 5-10 business days....if being delivered from abroad, it could take 10-21 days. I'm gonna give it a week to see what happens.

yeah same here. Two weeks now and i haven't got a single reply from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].com customer service. I find that truly appalling.
 
I have heard that [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].com is a fake site based in korea or taiwan or something like that. Being from canada, I ordered mine from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].ca which Bathmate_helps confirmed to be an official affiliate. Both Bathmate_helps and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].ca were quick to respond to my concerns.

so the first [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] site that pops up on google's search engine is a fake? I hope your wrong on that. they use paypal so it looks legit. im super frustrated and confused right now. all i want is my darn [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].
 
I'm not sure if I'm allowed to link to a competing website but if you search for GoodLookingLoser and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], in his review he mentions that [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].com is a scam. A couple of quick searches also turns up frustrated customers such as yourself who have ordered from that site. That's all I know. Hopefully we can prevent others from going what you're going through. I'm sorry for your frustration and I hope you get it sorted out.

Confirmed - Bathmates are rolling as normal according to my sources my friend. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] shipments get priority.

Dear sir,

We are extremely backlogged, mostly because of the manufacturing not releasing products to us on time even with pre-payments. This situation has been fixed and products are flowing again. Small misunderstanding can sometimes turn into an elephant.

You can of course get a refund, but I will send you my email address in PM.

I dont want a refund. I just wanted to know when it was coming and why it was taking so lone. Now that you have explained the situation I can relax. Its just the lack of communication from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].com is what got be so annoyed. all is good and I am patiently waiting for my product to arrive. thanks
 
If your bath mode is always boring you should try with somebody else on you, so if you not fully aware about just click this to become much fully aware I swear I'm telling you the truth.
 
I recently purchased the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and just received it in the mail today. I placed my order March 5th, I received my tracking number about 5 days later, and then I received the package today (March 15). Hope this gives people a general idea!
 
I am also having issues with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] customer service i have a faulty equipment and missing products from my purchase!!!

Missing product? The only product you receive is the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], what went missing? What are the faults you are seeing?

bought the platinum package and it was missing a few items. The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] itself leaks where the valve is.

so let me get this straight i will not get any support if i had paid already, received my package faulty and missing certain products?

the link on google is the same as your link just not with the discount...

why would i order another [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]... that wouldnt make any sense...
