I just got done doing basic stretching with the lengthmaster, hung 15 pounds for 20 mins, and I broke out a extender I have, which I have not been able to use due to it being uncomfortable, I made a few changes gonna try and get a couple hours in on it.

I have not been feeling well lately, I have had a sore throat since Saturday morning, I had to come home from work because I did not feel well, I may take a couple days off from training.
 
Here's to hoping you heal soon! I've used propolis, apple cider vinegar and other stuff to cure a sore throat. But resting is the biggest key.
