I just got done doing some basic stretching felt like I could feel some poping at the base.
 
Snap crackle pop LOL nothing to worry about, it is simply air trapped at your pelvis bone beneath your ligament. When you stretch hard enough the air is released and you’re here and auditory pop.

If you’re hearing a pop you’re definitely getting a good stretch but not everybody gets the pop. I pop only when I have an erection, if I push it against the angle I hear a pop. For many so scary the first time they hear this, I run to the brotherhood in tears thinking they broke their penis LOL

It doesn’t really bruise what happens is you get discoloration and then men will pump with discoloration and in turn becomes a bruise. So as long as you’re practicing the 5×5×3 there’s no way you’re going to bruise or discolor.
 
ok, that is what I was wanting to know, it seems like I was pumping before, and seen a slight discoloration, and red dots, that got worse, (over done it at the time.)

Red spotting is different. That’s a very temporary state that goes away within 24 hours.
 
I just got done pumping I done a 5x2, and I have to tell you , I am responding quicker, it took me till the 3rd set the other day to break the 7 inch mark, tonight I done it by set number 2.

I am sitting here debating on wither to take today off, I normally take the weekends off, I am not feeling fatigued, I think I will train, today, now the question is what about the holidays,
 
Are usually take every Sunday off because I spend it with family, today is an exception. A day off is not a bad thing just make sure you get right back on after that day off. As far as the holy days though I would refrain from training tomorrow night and Christmas then start again on December 26.
