Welcome to the brotherhood, brother. Good to see you're being active.
Hello! Wondering if anyone has had or heard of this experience. I'm 60yo and have been on a T cream for a few years. My dose typically keeps me at 600-800. A few months ago, I started including my balls in a larger cylinder when pumping; I try to pump daily for about 20-30 minutes. I just did another routine blood test and found my T above 1500, which is off the charts. I'm wondering if the ball pumping could have caused this increase. Thanks for you feedback.
In your case, you triggered two things. First, using the T cream, depending on where you apply the cream, it is absorbed locally or shallowly in the bloodstream of the affected area. in this case, I'm assuming you're applying around the scrotal area, where shallow blood vessels (the capillaries) are absorbing the androgenic ingredients, synthetic or naturally processed.
In addition to the cream, you pump or engorge the gonads. You're concentrating the collective androgenic load in the gonads, causing a state of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) spike(s). Think of it as a pooling of testosterone in one area, force it to hold in place, and then release it. When you pump, you cause a local trapping of fluid, and in terms, the fluid builds up and holds around the gonads (your balls) without letting out. When the blood vessels are inflamed because of the pumping, everything gets trapped for a few hours to a few days. When the blood vessels reset back to normal, everything in your scrotum and gonads is released back to the bloodstream, causing elevated spikes of T.
Hope this explains this phenomenon.
