Ball Weights

Quick question... I am thinking about getting a weight but I am not sure what weight I should start out with. I want to get something that is heavy enough to do some good stretching but not too heavy to the point of hurting. I already have some hang so not starting from square one. Any suggestions?

Ball weights ROCK!! Dont forget you can wear them to bed! It increases your BE time by at least 6 hrs a day!!
