So about year ago I took Cialis, it didn't really work because I have bad ED from being paralyzed. But I woke up in the morning with a huge red bulge on the left side rate under Head of my penis. I went to the hospital that night because I thought it would go away but it didn't all day and they injected me with some kind of anti-inflammatory or something.

Took Viagra in Las Vegas worked awesome, fast forward to last night tried it again about an hour in after taking it I'm getting head and hand job, I notice the big red bulbs on the same side is there again. So we stop I go soft, not like I'm maintaining an erection for over four hours that really bad, but what the hell is this big red bulge, it was still there so I iced it this morning and it went down a lot but my penis is still kind of uneven looking, thicker near the head on the left side I don't have any sensation down there so kind of freaked out. The hell could it be

This is another example of needing to go see a urologist. How is a group of random strangers on the internet, who can't see your penis, or this issue supposed to "diagnose" you? Is it a cancerous lesion? Is it a random anomaly that only you personally suffer from? Is it something related to your medical health based on your unique medical background? Is it something that needs a blood test, or panel to diagnose properly? Is it a weird reaction to the erection medication that only you and 1 in however many men randomly suffer from? Go see a real life professional please.

As Still said, this is something hard to help without seeing it. Can you snap some pictures so I can diagnose better?

I didn't have a chance to get any pictures of it but it was like that, definitely going to see a urologist probably get an ultrasound of it. But just for peace of mind wanted to ask and see if anyone had similar experience

There is very little that can harm the penis, very little. It takes great trauma to injury the penis to the point of injury. From the description you have given it does not sound serious but for peace of mind, see a urologist. Sorry I could not help more but it is difficult to diagnose without pictures. I will keep you in my prayers and let us know ho the doctors visit goes.

There is very little that can harm the penis, very little. It takes great trauma to injury the penis to the point of injury. From the description you have given it does not sound serious but for peace of mind, see a urologist. Sorry I could not help more but it is difficult to diagnose without pictures. Thanks Man I really appreciate that, in appointment with my urologist is going to take some time, Apparently she's on holidays. Anyways like I said I never got a picture of the red bulg when it was full, I would like to show these pictures, because of my paralysis I think I shrivel more than most guys. But you will notice in the front right under the head there's a lot of excessive skin that is where the big bulge forms and even to this day I think it affected my penis ecstatically, although when erect you don't notice much

It appears that the frenulum has over grown, perhaps a temporary thing but even if not a very easy thing to deal with for a urologist. Perhaps draining is in order, maybe partial removal (similar to what men do here to remove their frenulum as seen in Frenulum Tying). You are going to be just fine!

OK thanks but isn't that a very vital part of the penis? Why would people remove it, penile surgery scares the shit out of me. It definitely does look pushed it that's exactly where the red bulge formed, you think the frenulum still intact, it looks straight and everything you'd be able to visually see damage right?

In my case, as I stated, it was an accident but I made it very known that in the removal of my Frenulum I also loosened up the tight circ. I had and I gained .5" after the incident. This is what started the Frenulum Tying craze that was happening last year. The Frenulum is not needed for anything but before doing anything read up on Frenulum Tying and look at the results to see if it is something that would help you.
