Back again, with a vengeance and new tools.

Today I will finally have gotten my first 100h of extending in. If only I would have ordered the Phallosan+ years ago, wasted so much money on painful noose style extenders and other stuff that didn't work for me.

Though glad I finally invested in the Phallosan, only drawback with it is that the condom sleeves get worn out quite fast making me lose suction. They seem to last for 1,5- 2 weeks in my case before I have to whip out a new one, so just ordered 10 more size M sleeves which are on the way.

The size S is just way to small and the size L bell and condoms are just a tad too big. Already noticing positive signs as in a longer and fuller hang 24/7 and my night and morning wood could cut through glass.

Thank you brother, will definitely do that as I even had to pay customs of almost 100$ just to get it to my country.

But for now I'm set for a while, oh, and yes I started pumping again 2x5 minutes with my BM HydroXtreme 8 and due to the added girth the M sized condoms fit even tighter making them last longer that way.
 
Have set myself a final goal, which is to completely pack my BM HydroXtreme 8 both in girth and length. Which is about 9+inches in length and about 6-6,5 in girth. I try to visualize me packing it everytime I pump and eventually I will do just that.
 
Tuesday 11/02/25- Day off, had to travel to the city to get my ADHD meds dosages upped even more.

Let's just say I get almost exactly triple the dosage of dexamphetamine that they actually allow as the highest dosage, due to the effects wearing off so quickly in my case. This stuff is way more potent than Adderall and I get three dosages a day and I'm loving it.

How much are the tax SIliSleeves to your country? Like I said before you can always send an email to sales to see if you can work out a bulk buy of sleeves.
