Hi, Brothers.

Had to completely give up wearing the Jes-Extender as I always ended up with open wounds from the noose, and it was a very unpleasant and painful experience.
Now I've finally decided to buy the Phallosan Forte package with the Plus and Vertical solution in it as well.

Thus far the extending is going good, so much more pleasant wearing this so no regrets buying it as of now. Also bought the Bathmate HydroExtreme 8 since the 9 I had was a bit too girthy for me. Though for now I'll do extending only until I reach my dream length of 9-10 inches BPEL.

As long as you have a method to compensate for your needs and continue with the workout, even better. Sorry to hear about the JES Extender. In the past, I normally use a layer of medical foam pad around the noose. It soften things up quite a bit. But after the market floods with silicone foam and soft rubbers, I use those instead since they last much longer.

You can also use a strip of velcro to connect. Much more comfortable.

I also had medical foam around the noose, but still it managed to dig into my skin everytime I started using, it again and again.

Never going back to noose style extenders, used to dread having to put them on but with the Phallosan, not at all. The comfort is unbelievable, never imagined extending could feel this good and pain free. I'm hooked on the Phallosan+ already.

Though I'd wish that the extender was a bit longer, for more pressure/weight. Making up for that by wearing it for more hours than I normally would. I both hope and believe this extender will finally being me to 9" BPEL, at least and at last.

After length is achieved I'll pump with the BM HydroXtreme for the remainder of my life. Luckily I've now got both the 8 and the 9. My reason for pumping with the BM is because for some reason I find it much easier to get an erection going in the warm shower as compared to air-pumping where I need to watch adult entertainment to get proper erect and also I find lube to be a messy hassle.

I have a Velcro attachment that came with the Jes Extender and it is completely useless, believe me I tried putting it on so many different ways with foam covering my penis even, to make it more comfortable. Also it's impossible to attach the penis head the longer the extender arms are.

You would have to try it to really see what a shitty solution a velcro wrap is. And feel how uncomfortable it is as well.

Today I will finally have gotten my first 100h of extending in. If only I would have ordered the Phallosan+ years ago, wasted so much money on painful noose style extenders and other stuff that didn't work for me.

Though glad I finally invested in the Phallosan, only drawback with it is that the condom sleeves get worn out quite fast making me lose suction. They seem to last for 1,5- 2 weeks in my case before I have to whip out a new one, so just ordered 10 more size M sleeves which are on the way.

The size S is just way to small and the size L bell and condoms are just a tad too big. Already noticing positive signs as in a longer and fuller hang 24/7 and my night and morning wood could cut through glass.

But for now I'm set for a while, oh, and yes I started pumping again 2x5 minutes with my BM HydroXtreme 8 and due to the added girth the M sized condoms fit even tighter making them last longer that way.
