We need to do kegels so that when we gain size they
fill the entire. Penis with more blood.

It seems I'm slacking in this area. I need to be very consistent with kegels and lose weight as well.

Doing girthwork before attaching in the chamber of LENGTHMASTER 3, I not recommend. It will be painful, and you risk developing blisters and fluid retention.

for example to quickly gain in length it is better to abandon the routine of girth or it has no influence on the gains in length

It feels like you want to gain length as fast as possible? Why not use the lengthmaster and go all in?

All depends on your goals and your program.
If I had unlimited time I would probably be able to work on girth and length at the sane time.
For me to focus on length first have been successful and effective. I don't believe I would have been as effective in gaining length, if I had focused on both at the same time.

But girthwork will not hinder your ability to gain length. Nothing is better then the other. If you have time do both. The expansion you get with girthwork will be beneficial for your length gains.

yes i have a legnthmaster and a mityvac pump and a bathmat too
when I'm free I prefer to do both at the same time

I tried to measure my BPFSL size before training and after
and it was the same size no centimeters more
do you think it's the same for everyone or should I change my routine or increase the intensity?

I have never focused on this ever. Focus instead of the intensity in your stretches. Stretching the inner penis in every stretch is super important (= Reverse Kegels).

afternoon: 2×30 min haning (1 hour in total)

wrap up in the shower
* 30 minutes haning (2.5kg = 5.5lbs)

wrap up in the shower
* 30 minutes haning (2.5kg = 5.5lbs)
wrap down


at night:

wrap up in the shower
* 25 min downward bunduled streach

wrap up in the shower
* 30 minutes haning (2.5kg = 5.5lbs)

Haning with legnthmaster
i wrap the penis all the day

every week I will add 0.5 kg
(1.1 lbs) for the haning

Hanging is not what you should be doing. You will toughen your tunica which will make it harder to gain. You have not done enough length master stretches at all. Why jump frrom one routine to another?

I found this to be the case for me it’s kind of scary if you think about it. Hopefully I gained some length in time with length master.

Some people gain from hanging some do not. Do what works for you : )
