What are in your opinion approximately best size and girth that is still useful but not too big or small?

That looks about an 8-8.5x6 to me mate.

I think 8x6 is the best optimal length and girth. It stretches them out both ways but you can fit it all in.

"Useful size" is a very subjective term. It just depends. I've heard plenty of guys in this community (the entire Penis Enlargement community not just this forum) claim "over six inches of girth is....". Again it just depends. I'm over 6" of girth and still get anal and oral just fine from my wife. Just takes arousal and lube. She loves anal too, so that also helps.
