From my understanding of copyrights and intellectual property, he has no right to do this unless he has your [written] permission. He acknowledges the video is yours, but he is not referring people to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], rather to his affiliate links. Essentially he is profiting off your copyright material.
