Yup, measuring can be tricky! I feel that taking a video takes some stress away, that's what I did last time.
And I did use some Sildenafil (25mg) to ease the process.

I forgot to put a timestamp yesterday when I took the Silistretcher off! I assume it was around 8 PM, before my cardio workout. I did the 5x5x3 routine in the shower. Almost didn't do the third rep but pushed on and did it!
Afterwards I just relaxed, wearing a cockring and ROP.

I've been using the Ring of Power on a daily basis. Today is an off day like I had "planned." Got my hair cut by a professional (hadn't done that in a while, I've cut my hair by myself for a while already) and ran some other errands. Managed to pick up silicone tubing for my Ring of Powers as I had ran out of decent length bits. They wear out after a certain period and as they're clear, you can see some oxidation on the ends where the rods are. To me I see it as a fact that there's a current flowing, something is happening.

I also found some plate weights from the recycling center! They were a bit hidden but I bought two 0.75kg (~1.6lbs) and two 1.25kg (~2.76lbs) weights. So, with the weight received with the Silistretcher I can do ~10 lbs hanging if I wish to. :) I'll build up to it, for sure!

I feel anxious about trying some more weights right now but today is an off day as I plan to measure tomorrow. I'll likely measure quite late in the evening.

As it was a nice day outside today, although a bit windy, I lit up a cigar (I smoke cigars quite rarely, shouldn't smoke at all, but no relaxation at all is worse than a small vice once in a while) and went for a walk to nearby natural park. I made 0,30 Euro cents as I found two recyclable cans! ? Cleared few other trashes away that I found, I was glad that I didn't find too much litter. Lots of dog poop though, but that will break down.

When it comes to measuring the penis has a mind of its own, what the heck am I saying? The penis has It’s own bring brain! ? The second the penis sees a ruler with its cyclops eyehead it decides to not cooperate! So you got to be tricky with the Dickie! Have a ruler and a camera all set in a location close to where your training and right when you’re in the middle of the best erection you’ve ever had grab the ruler grab the camera and take a picture as fast as you can! fool the penis!

If this does not work then simply take a flaccid stretched bone pressed measurement which will always be consistent no matter how shy the penis is?
 
Alright, managed to do some measuring. I wasn't expecting much, but some ascend has happened!
My flaccid stretched length, which I failed to measure last time though, seems to be at 6.8", not too far from 7"! Overall I've felt I've done something right with my training.

Then the erect measurements, I stated 6" in my starting post, at the moment it's very close to 6.2". Erect girth is about that 5", 5.1" if I really push it. Clamped I can get to bigger numbers, but I haven't clamped in a while.
Should implement it to my routine at least on some days.
Measuring is nerve wrecking but it's necessary to keep track of if things are advancing or not. I feel that my direction is right but that I can add more intensity! Now that I have some more weights, I shall hang a bit more and do those pyramid or reverse pyramid sets. Need to re-read the thread and really grasp how I'll approach it.
Oh yes, measuring was done so that for over 24 hours I hadn't done any PE, only wore my Ring of Power, I don't count that. :P

Weight has gone down slightly, about a kilo to kilo and a half, two pounds, give or take. Doing what I can to be more active, today was a cleaning day, that was some cardio. Now some dancing game and after that 5x5x3 routine! :)

Well congratulations on that gain, I knew that was going to be a gain I just wasn’t sure how much. But I’m very excited that you did make your fain and I’m extra excited that you’re going to start using the Reverse Pyramid Hanging methodology. I bet your next measurement you’ll see more than a half inch increase! I am pushing this routine hard because I know damn well that it works very quickly and this is based COMPLETELY on theory, That is just how confident I am!

Yes, it isn't much but then again I'm only beginning to introduce more work into my "routine." I've always been quite lazy. More so I want to keep things fun and thankfully I've been able to do that!

Yesterday I only did 5x5x2, just wasn't feeling my best so I kept my session shorter. I think the amount of cardio that I did was one culprit, but overall it was a good day anyhow.

Today I did somesort of a Pyramid Hanging routine, felt a really nice stretch and pull!

Been doing the 500mg daily Tribulus and NAC, waiting for my shipment of other stuff.
One shipment should come tomorrow, but it's more on a cosmetic side. I've ordered some stuff from Deciem, several products from the Ordinary range. Actually one member from MoS suggested the shop longer time ago. (Thanks @Mick09 ! )

This is very smart and probably something I should’ve suggested to people in the actual SRT routine and I will add that today. If you can get additional bundled stretching in at various times throughout the day it’s only going to benefit you. More we bundle the lease or the Tunica becomes making gains that much easier.

So, I did some re-reading about the Pyramid method and did something like this:

Yeah, it looks like a mess! It was a good set! That starting weight really was a good hang. After the last set I put the Silistretcher on but it is really close to bed time. I had some stuff to do by daytime and doing my "routine" shifted to a later time.
Lately I've noticed more strength and virility in my unit. Still missing those good ejaculations, I don't know if I'll have more tests done. Maybe by Summer if it really doesn't pick up in force and volume, if I can get the doctor(s) take me seriously.
Shooting a good load of several ropes was so fun, I want that fun back, I'm not ready to give it up! :)
Just got to keep up with my Kegels and descending the weight to balance out other muscles as well.

Low Silistretcher wear amount today, I think by today (when I wake up) I can get more hours in!

I got my cosmetics package and the Beauty Molecule supplement. It doesn't taste great but it isn't too bad. Reminds me of certain things I've tasted abroad. Also bought some more nuts (walnuts this time) and pineapple. I really like nuts but can't go too crazy on them, most of them have high fat content. While the fat is good, excess still isn't good. And for example, Para Nuts (Brazil nuts) have high selenium content so just two a day is enough.

Alright, time to get some shut eye and get back to training as I get up!

Yeah, with the whole hanging thing I'm "catching up." Today I didn't get any hanging done, just wore the Silistretcher from 15:15 to 21:20.
Did a light 5x5x3 routine as before the routine I noticed some slight discomfort; a small cut on my frenulum.
Nothing drastic, just a small tiny "pinhole", but sometimes the smallest things hurt the most, due to nerve connections and all that jazz.

I applied some Betadine cream, it has worked for me before very well. Might do a low hanging set tomorrow but I'll see how the discomfort level is. Doing Kegels when I remember, although that muscle group needs a rest occasionally as well.

Keeping my head in the game and staying consistent! As I'm uncut the frenulum can heal easily over night. :)
 
OK, it has turned to Friday for me already. Sadly, these two days I've done minimum PE, mainly just some Kegels, wearing the Ring of Power for several hours.
I did do a 5x5x3 routine today, it was quite alright as I wore the Silicap.
Today there was some outdoor and indoor work to be done, heavy lifting and stuff, considering what I had to lift and carry, I think it was alright I didn't wear Silistretcher.

Still waiting for my supplement package, might take a week or two, hopefully I'll get it next week but I doubt it. For now, Tribulus and NAC. And the Beauty Molecule, 5 ml of that daily.

Keep on gaining Brothers! I'll pick up the pace again, I'll consider doing some light hanging today, although there will be some visitors. I want a private cabin where I can just concentrate on PE and overall well-being! :D
 
OK, I did some hanging yesterday by Friday. Sort of a Pyramid set although the time I used wasn't as much as I would had liked.

I couldn't do that first heavy set for too long, I think I can do about ~6 lbs and taper off from there.
After the set I wore Silistretcher for about 1.5 hours.

Yes, smaller numbers and let me say; I need to let my frenulum cut heal better. That's why my sets have been lacking. I was able to do a 5x5x3 routine using Silicap and Silisleeve, the cap especially helped.
But I better just keep applying ointment and let it be in peace for a while.
Sucks but things like this happen. I don't want to make the cut / hole any bigger.

So, for coming days I will concentrate on Kegels and cardio. Kind of a bummer as "my train" was running so well but as said, things like this happen. ;)

Staying in the game with my mind!.
 
Excellent journal my friend, such a good example to all the brothers out there. I love that you’ve incorporated the reverse pyramid hanging methodology as I believe it’s going to greatly benefit anyone who uses it. It’s also good that I see the SRT components being used. Very smart healing and very smart gaining!
 
I will let the frenulum heal. I acquired more zinc ointment (usually in the baby section in stores :) ), it's great stuff for healing. Just got to check for the ingredients, the brand I bought seemed fine for my needs.
There are different ointments in my cabinet for different needs. Mainly I use Shea butter for most things.
It has proven to be very in sync with my chemistry. While I like coconut oil and the smell of it, I can't use it due to my skin's ratio of fats and oil etc.. Cacao butter would be another good product but that also hasn't agreed with my skin.

I'll do visualization and Kegel training while I let the my slightly torn frenulum heal.

With supplementation I take break by weekends from Tribulus. I'll still take the NAC on a daily basis and I'll run a course of that Beauty Molecule liquid supplement I bought.
Next week I should receive some Shilajit capsules. Don't know when the other shipment might come.

You’re doing an incredible thing by keeping your head in the game. So many people will take on an injury and they will fall out of motivation to never return. When we go through a period of penile issues and we can’t train it is so important to do something. Kegels are the smartest thing to do and I love that you’re doing visualization. These are the two things you can do that will keep your head in the game.
 
So, few days have gone by and I don't see an open wound anymore, seems pretty solid to me.
I received a nice package with some tools, I'll be writing more when I have tested them properly!
(Such as the Siliscale and Silistrap for example. ;) )

I've done some Kegels but I've honestly lacked with that. I did practise certain kind of cardio on several days, so I am pleased about that at least. I've worn my Ring of Power and I got my new supplements as well!

Grape Seed Extract, Cayanne Extract, NAC, Shilajit ... Yeah, I'm a "one man dispensary" :D .
Some Pomegranate Extract as well. I would have got this parcel last week but several holidays put things on hold.

As weekend is coming up, Tribulus is out of the loop for two days. I'll give these other supplements a go during the weekend if I have any initial bad responses, just to be safe. I assume quite the other way around. :)
But of course I realize that there are no over-night magic pills, even as good as certain supplements are, they do take time to balance things out.
And diet is in play so much anyhow. Been adding more vegetables and fruits as of late.

Anyway, soon to get some rest and light routine by day or evening time!
Just have to remember to do a light routine, possibly some very low intensity hanging and then Silistretcher. Now as I have the scale it'll sure be easier to set the tension, high or low!
 
I’m so happy that is cleared up! Be sure to use that hydrocortisone as a preventative method for the future. I’m so psyched that you got your equipment and I cannot wait to hear your reviews.

Wait, ehh ... LOL Looks so odd to me. Oh well. Yeah, the hang and pump thing. I was mainly testing the waters by then.
By day time I wasn't able to wear the Silistretcher on for too long after a session, that was bit of a bummer. Not because of discomfort or anything like that, things just came my way and I had to concentrate on other things.

I need to remember to do a bit lighter hanging sets. (As I really just got into hanging recently!)
Part of me thinks of doing one shorter set of heavier weight (5-15 minutes) and then decreasing the weight but adding a bit more time.

I tried the Silipads. The gel one is pretty nice, the solid fits the SS great but I need to test it more to have a valid opinion about it. With the Siliscale I find that it could attach easier to the Silistretcher, the keyring is quite rigid. I do understand that it needs to be though.
I was able to attach it and see where I'm getting that ~3lbs stretch, but I didn't leave it on my body though.
Would be a good if there was somekind of a chart regarding tensions. (Use x for light, x for harder.)
Of course our bodies are different and personal physical feelings come to play, so there's no exact answer, I assume. But a "in the ball park / estimates" would be nice. :)
(Maybe there is such and I've just casually missed it!)

Supplemental wise, no ill effects from the new supplements. Possibly some more energy from Shilajit and others. With Cayanne Extract I notice this certain warmth a moment after having one or two capsules.
Booked a small cruise to my neighbor, going to get some more honey and other bee related products!
And other nice things, depending on my budget.

Tuesday went by fast! I had an idea of doing a hanging session but only got to do 5x5x2 routine. Just two repetitions, I'm easing myself into after the frenulum tear.
Used a Silicap while pumping but no sleeve this time, decent expansion, relaxed after with a cockring on.

Managed to clear out some old stuff today, that's always a plus when I get some cleaning done.
Got a phone call, was asked to help with something, I didn't flat line decline but this caller usually seems to call when there's a need for a "handyman." Not very cool, I have taken a good distance as of late.
Just needed to vent out a bit. :)

I am liking the Spring time with more natural light, I feel I've been a little bit more productive due to it.
Could also be the supplements. :D But in the end, it's a bigger equation ...

maybe when your friend calls you for some help (with no reciprocity I presume), chalk it up to doing 'community service' instead of feeling like you're being used. I should add, only say 'yes' if it's of no detriment to you
 
Thanks @Big Schwanz Acht ! It's usually always a call for request really. Not so much a friendly chatter I would say. I feel much better talking to other people and exchanging words here at MoS, that one person really can suck the life force out of me at times ...

I can't remember which night it was, but I did a short 5 minute clamping before I cleared my plumbing. :D After I took the clamp on I honestly felt a lot longer than before. A very nice feeling!

Somehow I haven't been in the greatest zone for few days, especially PE wise.
Last night, Friday, I did some light pumping and clamping, but didn't get to do hanging by daytime.
Well, for me thing is to get something done everyday, while keeping things fun.
I don't want to feel too stressed about doing certain exercises, so there can be a lot of variation in my process.

I took things quite chill yesterday anyhow. Went to the garage to look for some springs and found a small piece of burl wood or something, decided to make it more round. Been polishing it a lot, it's fun to do crafty things from time to time.
Speaking of that, I've been trying to source some medical grade 316 stainless steel to make something. :D

Keeping the train going on, I think I'll go for some hanging sets, big thanks to @Haursen for tips regarding good stretches.
 
being active, (both physically and mentally) positions your body and brain to stay connected...next exercise is to find something that enriches you emotionally. Put them all together and we've got us one happy Ark :)

Usually if I do a hydro pump routine, it is just that during one day, so I am glad I got some hanging done yesterday as well. The reason why my weight markings are like so is for the speediness. :P
I don't like counting, so I just write down the weights that I used during a set.

I tried lifting my feet on the table, did it for a while. That really hits the ligaments on a good way!
Mostly I hanged straight down though.
Could have worn the SS for a bit longer, but it was getting close to my sauna time and dancing game exercise. Got a good sweat before sauna, it really helps my mood a lot.

I just haven't got myself to do my hanging sessions, the last attempt at hanging was by Monday.
Somehow I didn't get in the groove and things just didn't work out. I was mentally too tired to muster through it and went to do outdoor work. Regarding that, as Spring is on and Summer time is coming, there is more for me to do outside. I'll go for wearing SS as ADS whenever I can though. I personally like wearing the Silistretcher, it feels great, but just the sleeves alone I feel that I want more ... :)

I had a small cruise to Tallinn by Wednesday, that was a nice thing, went there with a friend.
Purchased some stuff that is expensive or unavailable here in Finland. Some propolis for example and vodka for making a propolis tincture.
And I always buy the local men's magazine! :D It's a souvenier and it's nice they still print it. All adult /men's magazines in Finland are gone now, to my best recall. Oh well, times change.

Some nights I do a light clamping set. I don't usually mark those down in my training schedule as it usually is just part of "cleaning my tubes."
Anyway, it's just light and done with a Cable clamp, when I get serious and down to business I take out the clamp stillwantmore made.

Second hanging rep going right now, started with 2,5 and 2,76 lbs plates combined, now toned down to 2,5 and 1,05 lbs plates.
Probably a third more set with just the 2,5.

So, small "break" happened but I've kept my head in the game, coming here and participating.
Gaining isn't just physical for me, it happens in the mind as well. So when I wish happy gaining it's about gaining more intel, more outlooks on life, more physical strength and so on, not "just" penile expansion. ;)

OK, getting back to more focused training, I'm glad I got a set going on, I was a bit bummed out how badly it went by Monday.
Back on the field, game on!

I personally like wearing the Silistretcher, it feels great, but just the sleeves alone I feel that I want more ... :)

I had a small cruise to Tallinn by Wednesday, that was a nice thing, went there with a friend.
Purchased some stuff that is expensive or unavailable here in Finland. Some propolis for example and vodka for making a propolis tincture.
And I always buy the local men's magazine! LOL It's a souvenier and it's nice they still print it. All adult /men's magazines in Finland are gone now, to my best recall. Oh well, times change.

Some nights I do a light clamping set. I don't usually mark those down in my training schedule as it usually is just part of "cleaning my tubes."
Anyway, it's just light and done with a Cable clamp, when I get serious and down to business I take out the clamp stillwantmore made.

Second hanging rep going right now, started with 2,5 and 2,76 lbs plates combined, now toned down to 2,5 and 1,05 lbs plates.
Probably a third more set with just the 2,5.

So, small "break" happened but I've kept my head in the game, coming here and participating.
Gaining isn't just physical for me, it happens in the mind as well. So when I wish happy gaining it's about gaining more intel, more outlooks on life, more physical strength and so on, not "just" penile expansion. ;)

OK, getting back to more focused training, I'm glad I got a set going on, I was a bit bummed out how badly it went by Monday.
Back on the field, game on!

Long as you noticed that you are losing focus in someway it becomes easy to re-focus on what your goals are. We can’t take a day or even the week that goes wrong as being a terrible thing because just like climbing Mount Everest PE is a lot like climbing up and down but continuously moving upward. Take the good days with the bad days in the end what we’re looking for is our goal size.

For few weeks now my PE hasn't been up to the daily regime I had it at. It shifted to a maintenance routine again with 3 hydropump sessions in a week with some light clamping.
I feel a bit bad, I truly haven't practised what I preach. But I've kept my head in the game and participated on the forum, which at times is more "rewarding" than my own gaining process.

I have been feeling plump and vigorous downstairs, so the pumping still does give something although it should be more frequent. The light clamping sessions are usually from 5-15 minutes.
Kegels I've remembered to do on almost daily basis.

I guess if I were to make an excuse it's outdoor work and other stuff that have got me preoccupied and away from sets. As Summer is coming I find myself outside more and it has been hot lately, no coverage for wearing Silistretcher, well maybe down by the leg, but it's seriously weirdly hot over here for several days already.
(Weirdly hot here in Finland for me is 70-77 Fahrenheit. I'm more of a polar bear. :P )

Regarding the magazines, yes, internet has pretty much killed most adult publications, even video distribution is nowadays pretty much online. I just got interested about magazines several years ago, haven't been collecting for a while now though. It comes and goes, I used to check out for older 80's men's magazines and gathered some. Also adult comics are something I'm interested about, there are few good artists in my country actually. But as said, it comes and goes, there are peaks when I look for something and then there might a big long silence.

Still going back to magazines, I do read out local news from a printed magazine, other than that I might be living on Cloud 9. Sometimes it's just faster to absorb information from a paper than electronic device. Or that I seem to remember better from printed stuff as it has the physical contact that adds to the stimulus.

Ramble and ramble. :D I'm still at enhancing myself, breaks happen from time to time.
What I'm glad about is that I've kept a maintenance amount of PE going on anyhow.

I love it when it’s the dead of winter and nothing is alive and it’s completely dark. This is where I feel most comfortable.
 
I like snow and the possibility to wear warm wool clothes without issues, but it's the darkness that eventually gets me. If there's no snow, it's just so darn dark. I spend a lot of time up at night, in certain amount of darkness but I do really like the Summer sun. It's fun as over here in Finland there are few "nightless nights" when the sun doesn't really set. Messes some people up so bad! :D

Oh yes, it has turned to Friday for me but I did have a sauna evening before, few hours ago, did a 5x5x3 routine.
That's something that has stuck for a longer time, even if my overall effort towards PE are little, the 5x5x3 routine is one consistent thing I do.
 
I love when it’s cold and dark and everything is dead! This is when I feel the most comfortable it’s been this way my whole life.
Quite the opposite for me...when the clock 'springs' forward all the way through October is my favorite...the sun doesn't set until almost 9p (and about 9:45p on 6/21) which allows for a full 18 holes of golf after work :)

Yeah I don’t find many people that agree with me. I think it’s because I spent so much of my life and depression that I’ve become used to darkness. I don’t really like to be around people so when it’s winter not many people around. I also love cold nights and down comforters. Everybody has their own mojo

Days got a bit more cold again and rainy as well. Made another guitar plectrum out of ebony wood, a really thick one. :D I don't play too often, I am at times more into the gear you can create nice sounds with.
And a small piece of certain material is often overlooked. I've made several ones during the years just for fun.
Also saves me a bit of money, special picks are costly.

PE wise I did my 5x5x3 routine. Managed to do some cardio after a brief pause again. I dislike how I get these pauses, it just happens. When I get back to my dancing game I always feel great after a session.

Going to do more getting to know my body in the nearby future, as encouraged by @Haursen .
For a longer time I've let myself fall into a very quick route and that's not good. Longer sessions also burn more calories so it's good for weight loss, well, in theory anyway, it's not like it's a lot of burning ...

I notice if I do a daily marking I can keep a certain amount of more momemtum going on.
As in remembering to do more Kegels sets for example.
I know that there's a one "dirty" reason why I'm falling and climbing back up, I didn't really create a straightforward routine plan that I've seen others do.

But; in the end, I like to take this whole PE in relatively relaxed way, surely that can mean slower gains but I'm feeling way more confident this year though.

PS. Quick thought on supplementation, the Grape Seed Extract is nice stuff. Cayanne isn't possibly so great on me, maybe lower dosage, I always feel this certain burn that can be relatively uncomfortable.
Not too sure about Pomegranate capsules.
It's a wide variety I take, Tribulus I usually rotate Monday to Friday, weekends off.
Ordered some honey and probiotic supplement, along with ceremonial grade Matcha tea. The Matcha tea I better make a more daily or several days a week thing, it's very invigorating.
 
I put all of my trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and with the Lord I’m always in a good place. When things go awry I always have an advocate to go to, my Lord and my God, Jesus.
 
Wonderful stuff my Finnish wizard, this is awesome stuff!!!!! your a true role model, and all you need to do next is become more of an experimenter with equipment, because I know you can crack some mad shit out.

In all honesty, my PE journey has been very slow. This Summer season is catching up and I spend a lot more time outside, doing all kinds of yard work, also for several neighbours.

I apologise to all Brothers for not being more active on my own journey. For me, when I got into PE in some sense, it has always been about fun and enjoyment. That creates a very relaxed state of training which means slow gains, but gains anyway.

5x5x3 routine has been a strong point for a longer while. I can do more and go for it at times.
I would say I'm a great example of that you can have many tools but if you don't use them, the gains aren't just going to magically appear! :D Take caution in this; while tools really can help and speed up the process, one must use them to gain.
You won't gain muscles just by buying a weight lifting set, setting it in the corner and staring at it ... If that works as an analogy. And yes, it's totally meant for me!

Kegels, for sure. Some stretches and jelqs. I might do clamping sets, 5 - 10 minutes every other day for example but I don't mark those down in the Training Schedule file I have on my desktop. Might have mentioned this before; it all boils down to the relaxed way of doing.

Good news, I have an interview next week. Right after I scheluded it there was another call, I will call them back after this first interview is done and I know more.
That would ease up things in monetary sense and in other ways as well. Would likely mean less time for PE but more productive possibly. I've noticed that when I was working on a regular basis, everything I did on my free time felt a lot more meaningful. Just the feeling that you're a bit pressed for time makes you put more effort in, at least in my case.

Once again, apologies, I truly don't feel like anything of a role model, more of a cautionary tale of "do your work or you end up like ark!" :P

On a lighter side, did some self-exploration, that was good. I need to make it more frequent.
Things are still in motion, but the speed varies.

OK, rant / vent off, got some stuff to do, today is a 5x5x3 routine day at least.

PS. Maybe it's easy to see, my mind is going 100 MPH or something. Still have my massage oil in the making, I should finally strain it to a more liquid state without much grains from the powder.
 
If there's one 'take-away' I've learned, it's that we all have our own pace/cadence and when we attempt to slow/quicken it, our balance gets thrown-off. You'll get to your goals when it becomes important enough, but for now, enjoying the ride is equally as important
