Ascend and descend journey

I think I should update this thread, after it's been silent for so long. (Last post at June 7th, wow!)

I fell off from the gaining wagon, honestly. I've done other stuff during the Summer, PE has been very limited. I've done few Kegels here and there and some stretches. Occasional Hydromax sessions, while also trying out the Silistretcher and Mityvac.

Now, let me say; the tools are great! But one must use them as well. I personally feel that I've always been more of the "cheerleader" saying for others to workout and make the gains. When it comes myself I just seem to sway away.

I've still remained active on this forum, naturally, but my own progress has been in the backburner.
Did a fantastic 5x5x3 (give or take, didn't count the minutes) routine this evening and got a solid reminder why I started doing PE! :)
Now just relaxing with a cockring on, I will go for frequent training but housework and other things do have more priority at the moment.

Unfortunately didn't get employed as of yet. Autumn is on the way and we shall see if that can change things, as Summer time isn't the busiest season for employment anyway.

Overall I am feeling quite good though. Outdoor work around the neighborhood has given me a slight tan and maybe I've shed some fat away. (Sticking with the "subject", ascending and descending!)

One more thing, regarding exercises. I'll see if I can make myself a nice routine I could follow easily on a daily basis. This evening peaked back my interest into gaining again, as I haven't hit my goals anyway. :D

You're on the right path thinking about a routine you can follow easily!

A lot of people try to do too much right away when they have a goal, and they end up forcing themselves to choose between the "ideal" (and ambitious) routine or just not doing anything at all because they made it too hard to establish a habit. These sorts would be much better served thinking of the easiest routine to get into, something fun and SMALL, so they can just get into a rhythm of working at and thinking about their goals. You can always add things on top of what you're doing later...

You're an excellent cheerleader, Ark. Allow us to cheer at you for a bit. :)

I'm getting more and more back into hydropumping. I find it one of the easiest routines to do, in my experience anyway.
I've also done few light clamping sessions. I think the small break I had was pretty OK, my mindset is more relaxed for the moment.
I will make a short routine list of what I "should" be doing, at least PE wise. But I won't stress about it too much.

Lately my EQ has been very good! Did a nice hydro session last night and later on a short clamping session, I can feel good expansion again.
I personally think working outside and being more active has done a lot of good.
Spending time in front of the computer can be fun but I do find it enjoyable to work with my hands. Some small projects going on, they set my mind at ease in a way.

Still using Black Seed oil (Nigella Sativa) as a main penis skin health etc., care oil and I vouch for it highly.
The oil I was making is sitting next to me, I haven't ran a proper course with it. It's still quite crude (grainy), but I could start to apply it by night time before going to bed.
It's just all of these ideas of what to do etc., I just lose the focus very often. "Chicken's attention span focus" or so. :D

Anyway, best of gains to all Brothers!
 
I mainly use the X30/7 Hydromax in the shower. Mityvac is more reserved for other times. I know, I keep mentioning the pressure tracking and that is important, but for now I'm just leaning towards what I can find the easiest to do. And a hydro session with a Bathmate / Hydromax is what I lean for now.

That being said, I do enjoy the Mityvac but as said, it's more reserved for other times. :)
It might get more use soon enough.

Ahh, Batman 1989! One of my favorite movies. And to me Nicholson is the best Joker so far, in the live action Batman movies anyway.

Few "toys" I've acquired a longer time ago, but I was in a good position to get the Mityvac and Silistretcher. I do have a Male Clamp by Stillwantmore as well, along side with a bundle of cockrings ... Cockrings I had ages ago, before I really got to MoS and PE side of things.

Now it's about the effort of using them to get those gains! :D One thing to gains would be more excercise and better diet, as there's fat pad. A leaner body, a "meaner" looking cock, in most cases anyway. ;)

for me the more lean I become the bigger my unit looks, but I can get pretty skinny which is not a good look.

Very nice update my brother. This oil that you’re using what is the main purpose of it and the heaviness you’re feeling do you account that to the oil or your training?

Thanks DLD! It's the oil I made a thread about ( Can you smell what The Ark is cooking?! - Matters of Size | Penis Enlargement, Body Modifications & Peyronies Forums ).
One ingredient of it is supposed to be good for penile enlargement, but of course these kind of oils have been around. ;)
Butae Superba Extract, to be exact about the ingredient. And Nigelle Sativa, black seed oil, has been a favorite of mine for a while.

I feel it's a combination of doing pumping and some light clamping and applying the oil. I made the oil a while ago but hadn't used it so much before. And now that I started to use it, just for a week or two, I'm seeing some positive things going on.
As said, it could be placebo but also as said, I'll take it! :D I could fine-tune the oil but fudge it, I'll take it as it is for now. Maybe I'll hit that damn 8x6 goal someday!

This project is on halt. I don't have much to update about the process.

All I can say to any new guys reading this: Enhancement is very possible and permanent results can be achieved.
There are many ways to gains. Consistent effort is one of the keys, that's number one in my book.

With that said, I've been doing other stuff and PE has been in the back-burner more or less.
And I've seen few messages that have cleared my mind a bit! That is: set a project and a timeframe. I can honestly say that I've spent too much time just being a "keyboard warrior" while not doing active PE by myself so much.
I also haven't brought that much anything new to the table anyway, I've just memorized stuff and have tried to help with that knowledge.

So, I'll keep on doing certain exercises. Pumping and clamping mostly. But I won't be updating this thread on a regular basis (heck, I did that just few times! :D ) , just trying to concentrate on happy life.

Other thing: I've seen very energetic new Brothers and I feel that I can "step down." ;) Don't want to bum any Brothers here on MoS!

Strive forward, keep on gaining fellow members!

I know you said you set your project on halt except some pumping/clamping but I think I've read once you're owning an extender too?

Why don't you try to go the passive way and try to wear an extender? Don't get me wrong, I don't know your circumstances but I think it's possible for most people, even if they work 12h a day, to wear an extender for 2-4h being at home, especially as the most people are often chilling on the couch in the evening and watching series or sitting in front of the computer.
I think anything is better than nothing and by wearing such a thing 4-6h below your pants, or maybe if you're living alone you can wear a rod extender on intense tension you should also be able to see some gains.

What would you think about it and maybe you also want to share why you take the project on halt.
Don't get me wrong, don't wanna try to push you to get back or anything as life sometimes is very bad and pe is just a 'hobby' and nothing necessary, but think about the option that wearing an extender could also give you some gains and that even in a passive way :)

I'm just seeing your name in the chat so you're still online on a daily basis I guess :D so I really think you could at least do some extender wearing if you're not having health issues and as you've stated something about 'keyboard warrior', pe is about practice time, posts don't bring gains :D but posting is much more comfortable than doing practical training. I'm just quite active here because I'm doing pe exercises beside.
But maybe instead of being active in the forum, use that time for practical training.

Use an extender while you're in front of your computer/notebook or do some hanging as you're already more than experienced.
Everytime you're catching yourself being unproductive, chilling on the couch/bed and doing nothing, just listening to music, watching a movie or series, just stretch on your dick :D

It's more or less privacy issue at the moment and no passion towards PE really. :/ Ups and downs come and go.
I'll keep on pumping and clamping as those I can get away with to keep my penile health optimal. With that said the extender usage is somewhat out of question at the moment.

I do jump in usually on a daily basis, force of habit I think. I've just been concentrated on other things than PE as of late and anyway, I've been here for a good amount of time anyway. :D
In summary;

Get those gains Brothers and then use them!
