Greetings Brothers!

I'm arkailija or ark, my username is means "shying away" in my native language, Finnish.
I am less shy here at these forums and MoS has been a wonderful community to me for years!

As of writing this I am 32 years old, overweight (230 lbs or 105 kg) for my stature of ~5.7" . "Tom Cruise" height. ;)
My erect stats are 6" in length and 5" in girth. I recorded myself measuring a while ago but I'm still too shy to share, hence my username still stands true in certain sense. Flaccid size always fluctuates, but quite often it's about 4x4 . :D
I started around 4.5 - 5" in length and roughly 4" in girth, I'm a slow gainer as I've gone on a very slow pace.

Now I want to change that! I seek to ascend in both length and girth, with 8x6 in my mind.
And I want to descend in weight. Considering my height I should lose quite a lot of weight.
I need to fix my eating rhythm and portion sizes and add more vegetables. My water intake is pretty good as it is, I've been drinking water quite well for many years already.
So I do practise somethings that I might preach about. ;)

I have several tools in my possession and time. My living conditions aren't so private though but I can get many things done in my room.

I do the 5x5x3 routine with my Bathmate, for now, I'll be updating to Mityvac soon enough.
Right now I'm wearing Silistretcher at moderate tension. I did try hanging quickly with the weight that came with the package and I can implement that. I can invest in more weights as time goes by.

I haven't written any good routines for anyone, I've just followed the Newbie and SRT routines.

For the moment I can easily do 3 Bathmate sessions a week. (Conjoined with my cardio and sauna session. :) )
I'm currently wearing the Silistretcher and I think I can implement that to daily wear, considering I'm staying at home quite a lot.
I shall try to keep a record of the hours I've worn the Silistretcher and other workouts as well.

I'm open to a routine suggestion, but more so I'll be on a steady cruise mode now with the Silistretcher. :)
And even more I'm here to cheer for other Brothers on their journey to gains but I guess it was about time that I start somekind of a log after all these years.

I wanted to add that I'll likely start a supplementation stack routine as well, I'll lay that out, like you have in your log. I might dig up my Ring of Power too. My health check up as of today is the high cholesterol and low testosterone and both are quite much linked to elevated weight, according to the doctor.
With that diagnosis I feel confident to follow through with a supplement stack. No hormonal therapy for now, I'll invest in Grape Seed Extract as soon as possible. I already bought some cayanne pepper that @Growin7777 suggested in the chat. Just have to get things in a steady rhythm.

Let the gains come! I created a notepad log to keep track of my SS wear time.
 
Good for you! What heat units of that cayenne did you get? Start of small at 1/16 or 1/18 of a teaspoon in warm water, three times a day and work your way up!

The mildest, 15000 or so, if I understood correctly. Quite likely even milder than that, I'll be getting something better when my bank account balance is better.
At that moment I'll also invest in the Grape Seed Extract.

I have Tribulus Terrestris, Spirulina, Vitamin C, NAC, Magnesium, Fenugreek and Gotu Kola.
I do have some bee pollen, honey products and probiotics. Can't say that everyday will have a same stack, it'll likely vary.
I have some Maca and Butae Superba as well. Several products to choose from.
I just placed my supplements to a black box and wrote "Power box" on top of it with gold marker.
Positive mental images can help a lot! :)

More than supplements I need to add more exercising to my days.

Today PE wise I did around 3 hours of Silistretcher! I'll be aiming for several hours of Silistretcher use every day, my pumping sessions might remain at that three times a week, I know it's not enough to induce more gains but at least it keeps me on the right path.

This is great Ark I’m very excited for you and I’ll be another one watching you every day. You bring so much happiness to this brotherhood and I’m so happy to see you getting back involved with actual training! You you have set a perfect example taking from SRT and the newbie routine And creating your own routine. I’ll be here every single day, as you know, but now I will be bugging you every day LOL.
 
yo bro an inch++ in growth is nothing to sneeze at and this should be celebrated and used for inspiration/motivation. you're intelligent, thoughtful and have a snappy wit (which puts you head-and-shoulders above the vast majority of the sleepwalking population), so getting out there is only a matter of that first step. Strike-up a conversation with anyone (especially those that have no bearing on your happiness), like the elderly woman in the produce aisle, or the 20-something guy buried in his iphone. It becomes innate after a while and then it's a part of your natural personality. If you find yourself chatting-up someone you may have an interest in and you start feeling like you're pressing, just revert back to all the conversations you've been having. Lastly, think of yourself as a Super-Hero (cuz you are :))

Today update, had a relatively busy day outside doing some outdoor work. It's still cold and my down under (front and back!) got really cold. :D Yeah, I could have worn more clothes but I'm lazy like that.

PE-wise, today was a 5x5x3 routine, bundled with some 30 minute cardio workout (dancing game) and sauna session.
After sauna and as I'm writing, I put on my Silistretcher on low to medium tension, feels comfortable. :) I know it's usually the other way around you do things, first length and then hit girth, but my workouts will be varying more or less. Might wear the Silistretcher for about 1 to 3 hours, before I get to bed, depending how I feel.

With more accountability comes more growth ? I like the way your days are going. When I read this I can tell you’re at peace and you’re very comfortable with what you’re doing and you’re keeping it in a happy place. This is so important to being tenacious and sticking with the program until the dream happens. I wish more brothers to see the fun in PE instead of the work.

I don't necessarily like the idea of the scale in my room and using it on a regular basis but I shouldn't rely just on the mirror. "Just" like one uses a ruler and measuring tape for PE gains, I should see the scale not as an enemy but as as assistant to guide me, in relative sense anyway.

Yes, I actually do that in certain sense. I could add few more hours to the fasting, but I've been aware of the protocol for a while.
I've added cayenne pepper to my diet, still using the black seeds (Nigella sativa) and I'll be drinking more herbal teas and such. I think it boils down to doing more exercising, thank goodness the Spring time is coming and the increase of sun light helps a lot!

Going to get my Silistretcher on in a while, as said I aim to do something everyday but still keeping it fun. :)

excellent point! I always interject at least some kind of fun into whatever 'chore' I'm doing (not saying PE is a chore). I know the necessary consistency will automatically be there if I enjoy the process.
Also, be moderate in the beginning that way you're less likely to quit or become frustrated.
These are all basics I'm certain you're employing already, but it never hurts to be reminded
 
If PE is a chore for you you’ll never last in this game. PE requires certain elements for someone to make a consistent effort and that includes variations and fun. When you keep the routine interesting in a constant state of flux you’ll never get bored with what you’re doing. If you get to the point where you’re feeling that PE is a burden it is time to go back to the beginning and start again with a brighter outlook.

PE should be exciting and should always have a fun factor because when you think about it what you’re doing is making your dick as big as you like. I am pretty sure sex’s a lot of fun, if I remember correctly LOL so growth equals fun.
 
Yup! Keeping thing interesting and variable helps a lot, at least in my case. Overall, for a longer time the 5x5x3 and some cockring work have been pretty much what I've done.

About 1 hour 50 minutes of Silistretcher today, before I removed, did my cardio (dancing game, I think I need to change the playlists soon enough) and 5x5x3 session combined with sauna. It is an "total" relaxation package, you get the good feeling from the cardio, then the heat from sauna and PE on top of it. :)
I realize this isn't a possibility for all, here in Finland sauna is relatively common thing.

On another note, I made another Ring of Power today, went to the garage, split copper pipe to three parts and zinc rod to three parts. Just felt doing something with my hands, but of course I used a drill to make the holes and then used a sanding drill bit to smooth out the ends. One illustration demonstrated a built like this, but of course connecting two the rods with silicone / latex hose works as well. (And I've done several of those, but I ran out of silicone and this is also about keeping things interesting! :) )

Awesome routine today! I love your ring of power it looks like a gypsy made it LOL just kidding necessity is the mother of invention. I’m having so much fun with you training again if feels like old times. I’m very happy that you’re keeping things fun because if you don’t find pleasure in PE you probably won’t find any growth.
 
Yeah, I do stuff like that when I'm "bored." :D I need to get more silicone hose as it's about the best, in my experience. Always adjusting and keeping the "flame" alive.

Today I wore Silistretcher from 13:28 to 18:01, varied from right to left again.
Sauna evening, so ~30 minute cardio workout in neoprene sweat vest, then 5x5x3 routine combined with sauna and shower.
I'm glad that with the Silistretcher I can get some PE done everyday where as before I might have had only 3 good sessions per week, that being hydropumping.
Going to do measuring soon enough, but overall I'm enjoying this ride and sensations it gives me.

And repeating, yes, fun is one of the keys. :) I wouldn't do that much cardio if it wasn't fun like the dancing game is. Same with PE, finding a balance with things being fun and intriguing but still making gains.

Let's see, it's Tuesday already, today is sauna evening!

By Monday I wore Silistretcher from 19:29 to 0:01.
I've been wearing the SS pretty much on a daily basis, hours do vary.
I usually start wearing it on my right side and switch it to left. Depends about pee breaks. Now that I've been using it I find it very easy to put on and to take off. No excuses for not wearing it! :)

I'm currently wearing the Silistretcher, started around 2 PM, before 2 PM I did a 20-minute hanging set with the 2½ lbs weight. I'll likely get some more weights soon enough but I really enjoy this All Day Stretching.
As I got up today my penis felt and looked much fatter!
That's a good thing, I'll work to get excess weight off and "transfer" that fatness to my penis. :D

The SRT maniac! I love that you love what you’re doing! PE has to be fun and you always have to have that motivation because without this it becomes very difficult to train. Make PE something you look forward to and it will no longer be a burden but a blessing.

500mg Tribulus Terrestris after meals. (One after lunch and one after dinner.)
500mg N-A-C (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine) 1-2 capsules a day. This has elevated my memory a whole lot!

Well, that can't be all, right? Yeah, nope! I have Gotu-Kola 500mg, Spirulina (4 pills come to 2000mg), Bee Pollen 500mg, Vitamin C 500mg, Black Seed Oil 500mg, Dopa Mucuna 800mg ...
My intake varies, the Tribulus I'll go for daily intake for now and NAC as well.

I did pick up my Ring of Power again and I'll shoot for several hours of daily wear during awake time.
I actually had blood tests a while ago and I'll try to get new ones during Summer.
Along with going for lower weight, wearing the ring should elevate by testosterone levels.
So far I've had much better days as of late!

Going for a more varied and balanced meal plans as well. As the subject is ascend and descend anyway. ;)

What I've personally noticed about NAC usage is clearer memory and less "addiction like" tendencies, such as money games. I used to play Lotto, scratching tickets etc., online a whole lot more, that has gone down a lot and I feel NAC has helped in some sense.
And memories seem so much clearer, easier to wake certain past events in my mind. My memory has been relatively strong my whole life but using NAC has cleared things even more.

Looking forward to @Iceman338 's review about it.

Regarding supplementation, most pills/capsules/tinctures etc., can take a while to show their true potential. And sometimes the effects are gradual, in sense that they can be missed. So a log regarding supplement usage is also beneficial. Now that I mentioned this, I better mark my supplement intake to my training notepad as well!
Regarding training, I had Silistretcher on from 2:01 PM to 10:01 PM. Now wearing the ROP for few hours before sleep. I think I could wear it while using the SS but I'd need to make another silicone tubing based ROP instead of the string based I have at the moment. I just ran out of the silicone tubing due to replacing the tubing in the past.

So, from 1:20 PM to 8:20 PM I had my Silistretcher on. Few brief bathroom breaks. Even did some outdoor work while I wore the device, all good!
Another sauna evening, the outdoor work "replaced" my usual cardio of doing the dancing game. And sauna evening pretty much always means 5x5x3 routine!
Did condom pumping with a regular condom (I have several going old and actually just too many considering my action rate), a good session altogether, the Silisleeves are better and naturally more economical.

Haven't checked my weight in a few days, I better use that scale as it's so close by. But then again I am Libra in horoscope so I'm a scale myself. :P Bad joke, I have added cayanne pepper to most of my meals, also using some black seeds occasionally.
Supplemental wise 2 500mg Tribulus today, 2 Dopa Mucuna capsules (it is the serving size, 800mg in total) and 2 500mg NAC capsules.
The Dopa Mucuna helps my dopamine levels, if I feel I've sunk to a dark spot it helps. Even a family friend felt relief with it from first dose actually. I don't take Dopa Mucuna daily, mostly just occasionally. Usually intake might be twice a week, I've gone longer periods without.

Regarding supplement usage, the key element is of course in a balanced and varied diet. I have room for improvement in that, for sure. But certain supplements are really something different and add excitement and good vibes to my life. Not too much of a good thing though, moderation is one of the keys. :)

It’s never rambling when you’re giving us knowledge and everything that you record for us to utilize is very helpful. You have a genius about you and you’re able to record it and share it with other people. So please never feel like you’re rambling always know somebody is reading everything you write. Keep doing what you’re doing my brother because what you’re doing is working.

Yesterday I did:
13:08 5.4.2019 SS on with ROP
22:09 5.4.2019 SS and ROP off, 20mins hanging

My log is just a notepad textfile where I just insert a timestamp when I start and stop. Of course I take bathroom breaks and that'll be 5-10 minutes off, but overall I am pleased how I've managed to get something done on a daily basis.
Had a really strong morning wood today, I think it's due to the training and also wearing the Ring of Power, at least partially.

I'll get some more weights soon enough. I recall there might be some 11 lbs (5 kg) weights around the house but that's really pushing it, too much too fast, for me anyway. ;) I'll be able to source something, I'm sure.

On another note, I'm still dabbling with several oils. I actually made a mix to a jar that I've been shaking, I could strain it soon enough. I added Black Seed Oil, Butae Superba powder, honey, apple cider vinegar and few drops of essential lavender oil. Just fun to dabble and mix things at times. :)

Yesterday I did:
13:08 5.4.2019 SS on with ROP
22:09 5.4.2019 SS and ROP off, 20mins hanging

My log is just a notepad textfile where I just insert a timestamp when I start and stop. Of course I take bathroom breaks and that'll be 5-10 minutes off, but overall I am pleased how I've managed to get something done on a daily basis.
Had a really strong morning wood today, I think it's due to the training and also wearing the Ring of Power, at least partially.

I'll get some more weights soon enough. I recall there might be some 11 lbs (5 kg) weights around the house but that's really pushing it, too much too fast, for me anyway. ;) I'll be able to source something, I'm sure.

On another note, I'm still dabbling with several oils. I actually made a mix to a jar that I've been shaking, I could strain it soon enough. I added Black Seed Oil, Butae Superba powder, honey, apple cider vinegar and few drops of essential lavender oil. Just fun to dabble and mix things at times. :)

Great work out. I think you should try some weight with the SiliStretcher because it’s truly amazing and if you try the Reverse Pyramid Hanging method length will really come quickly. Does ROP stand for ring of power?

Sauna is a common element in most Finnish homes. :) Although recent buildings and homes might be utilizing usual sauna space for other things. Some might get infrared saunas, those range from 1000-2000 USD to my best memory. But I'm certainly not Bruce Wayne! ;) Closest local public sauna is about 3 kilometers (less than 2 miles) from me, where there's also a lake. Haven't swam in that lake for a longer time though. And last time I was in a public sauna it was in Japan, in a bath house. (Osaka, next to the Osaka Tower actually.)

Thanks! I'll be adding more weight as soon as possible, might get some weights next week. I'll drop by a local recycling center shop, could find some suitable weights.
And yes, ROP is Ring of Power. I think I'm getting positive reactions due to wearing it, I wear it just for several hours a day, not 24/7. I see it as a balancing element as I've had certain imbalance. Losing the excess weight helps the most I think, the ROP has enhanced metabolism for some men.
 
Yesterday I had my first slip off! :D This was user error on my behalf, really. I used the longer sleeve but I think I hadn't inserted my glans far enough to the bell. Went outside to do some outdoor work and felt it slipping, slipping and whoomph. Didn't really show up that badly from under my large size wool sweater.

Anyhow, yesterday's regime was:

13:58 8.4.2019 2½ weight hanging
14:21 8.4.2019 weight off
14:23 8.4.2019 SS on
21:00 8.4.2019 SS off

It's still quite moderate amount of what I do, especially hanging wise. I'll be going to town by Friday to get my hair cut. For over a year I've cut it myself and I want to treat myself. Money has been tight. Thank goodness this barber / hairdresser I'll visit doesn't charge too high. Overall if you want to get a haircut in Sourthern Finland you need to cough up 25 -30 USD. And as I have curly hair not every barber or hairdresser knows how to cut it well. That's why I have managed the barbering myself. I got the motivation from Casey Neistat actually. Not my favorite vlogger or anything but I saw him cutting his own hair and I thought: "heck, if a guy who just did a multimillion deal cuts his own hair, surely I can as well!"

Supplemental wise I'm taking a two day break from Tribulus. Several supplements are better when you do a cycle, such as Maca, Tribulus, Tongkat Ali (Longjack) and several more.
Waiting for my delivery of Shilajit, The Fountain's Beauty Molecule liquid supplement and Grape Seed Extract and Cayanne capsules, among few other items.
Eating more vegetables, I should get some pineapple more often. (My top 5 favorite fruit.)
With hydration I feel confident, there's always a jug of water next to me.

Anyway, ascending and descending, I'm shy of the scale but I need to weight myself this week.
Also, I think I'll do measuring by Saturday, I could take Friday a lot easier PE wise, I'll be on the move anyway.

I'm still using the Ring of Power. Together with the supplementation I've taken I feel that there's less brain fog and that I've been able to do more on a daily basis. I'll be working out and come Summer, I will ask for new blood tests.

Hey there, Ark! I'm excited for you about your transformation. :)

I don't have specific routine advice, but I'll say this much: for your body composition goals really put your focus on a good diet. It's about the quality of the calories as much as it is about the quantity. "Abs are forged in the kitchen." Having said that, the more muscle mass you have, the easier it is to lose weight. So including actual resistance training -- calisthenics will do nicely -- will certainly help.

If you are doing resistance training to build muscle, then be wary of the scale. The muscle you build will interfere with your numbers there and make it seem like you are not making progress even if you're burning fat.

Those slip offs can be pretty scary. Back in the day people use to tie a string to their ADS so if it fell it wouldn’t fall that far. ? But with a SiliStretcher it is pretty hard to slip.

Thank you for your concern with my health. I’m not out of the woods but at least I’m home where I can be with my family and brothers.

Your journal is amazing and it shows that you’re having a lot of fun with what you’re doing. And remember there are so many lurkers every day watching us, If we perform well and show that gains are possible we may be able to bring some of these people into the fold.

Thanks @Brawn Johnson ! Yes, my muscle "building" is mostly just utilizing my own body weight. And yes, I recall that muscle mass can weight more than fat so the scale isn't always the best meter of progress.
Got to pay more attention the quality of the food.

Yesterday's workouts:

12:01 9.4.2019 2½ lbs weight on, 20min session
12:22 9.4.2019 SS on
19:22 9.4.2019 SS off
~20:20 dancing game for ~30 minutes, 5x5x3 routine with Bathmate, wore cockring and Ring of Power after.
I don't wear the cockring for very long, I monitor the warmth and expansion, sometimes I take it off and do few Slow Squash Jelqs and then put it the cockring back on. Very variable!
0:49 10.4.2019 20 minutes of 2½lbs hanging (Just felt like doing one more hanging session)

Already done something today.

12:21 10.4.2019 Hanging 2½lbs
12:41 10.4.2019 Weight off, few stretches and "slaps" :D
12:48 10.4.2019 Weight on for 20 minutes, took it off ~13:12
13:25 10.4.2019 SS on

I'm feeling a good stretch. Erection quality has been good, last night I noticed that I had worked out myself to some exhaustion.
Session by session, day by day, I'll keep this train moving on!

Supplemental wise, Dopa Mucuna (800mg) and NAC (500mg) last night.
Going to get some blood tests done, I'll pick up with Tribulus tomorrow. There's one special pill I need to take, they'll test for hyper cortisol or something.

I am personally happy that I've been able to do something on a daily basis. There is still a lot to go forward but I've gone past certain point anyhow, so I'll keep the momemtum on!

One Tribulus today so far, so daily intake is at 500mg after two doses. (I usually have two warm meals a day and I take the Tribulus after those.)
Had one blood test done today, I'll know the resullts likely at the end of the month. It was a Dexamethasone suppression test. Just a final ruling out of any issues. I suspect everything just boils down to me not being active enough.
I feel relatively confident about the suppression test, I think I had a reaction to it when I went to bed, but I'll know for sure later.

I took the Silistretcher off by 20:45 yesterday, I felt that I had got a good stretch and just relaxed after that.

Today I started at 13:39 doing three 20 minute 2½ lbs hanging sets. Yes, I need to invest in more weight to be able to do Pyramid Sets and more advanced hanging. But it's been nice to get a hang of things. ;)
Hanging for 20 minutes, few stretches and yanks. By writing the process has always seemed like such a big hassle to me but in practise it's so easy! Especially with the Silistretcher, I think I'm spoiled for life. :D

I put the Silistretcher on by 15:11 and as today is Thursday, it's sauna evening! That means 5x5x3 routine.
Tomorrow is Friday and I'll be running some errands etc., so I'll likely take an off day and Saturday I might not do much before evening time as I'm considering taking measurements by Saturday evening.
So I want to have at least 24 hours without PE to see the real measurements, some do say 48 or 72 hours would be best to measure real expansion.
Measuring for me is somewhat nerve wrecking (I believe it can be so for many of you as well!), I'll take 25mg of Sildenafil to produce the same kind of measuring conditions as I did last time. Anyway, after the measuring that dose will benefit my 5x5x3 routine greatly.
