Part of the reason that I kept going after not seeing gains my first year+ of PE (I was using the shitty phallosan and penimaster) is cause I really wanted to see if it worked and now I am finally seeing progress since I now have the right tools and a solid routine. I basically wanted to use myself as Guinea pig to see if it work to guide others.

Bro I was thinking that! It’s kinda annoying bc I don’t like to measure too often..but damn I wouldn’t have noticed if he didn’t have the ruler right there..I guess bc PE is such an i incremental process our eyes get adjusted super fast..I haven’t touched a ruler in a while I have random object that I use now..like body spray can, paper towel roll , shit like that.. it helps
