Very similar to Lazy Ass stretches.I wanna start gaining while being passive but without any devices. So i started thinking about adding fowfers while sleeping,however it seems to me that fowfers aren't that healthy for the penis and testicles.Has anyone gained from doing them?

They were a thunders counter to lazy ass stretches, so pathetic.
Lazy ass stretches will not damage your penis in anyway, they are safe and extremely effective but only go for 20 minutes at a time. You can do as many sets as you want to, I did them throughout the whole day when I was not in a training.
The lazy ass stretches seems to be something that can be done especially on off days.
