Anyone have tips on getting the silisleve on?

I have been unsuccessful to say the least. Roll it on? Slide it on? I have even thought about putting it over a PVC pipe, putting my penis in the pipe and then trying to slide it off the pipe. But I’m afraid if I was successful, it would cut the blood flow in very short order, and then it would need to be removed. Maybe this is why most of you seem to lean toward just wrapping
 
It's been a while since I've had the time to focus on PE, but I believe I had luck with the following method.

1. Roll the sleeve back onto itself into the shape of a ring
2. Hook your index and middle fingers from both hands through the center of the new ring shape
3. Stretch the sleeve outward with your fingers enough so that you can fit your penis through the center
4. Bring the sleeve down close to the base of the shaft and release the stretch
5. While grabbing the head of your penis with one hand, use the other hand to unroll the sleeve toward your tip until it's in place

You might have to try a few times to figure out where the ring shape should land on your shaft so that when you unroll it it's in the desired position. Good luck, let me know if this method works for you and if I need to clarify anything!

Quick edit: using some baby powder like dld said can help if you feel like the sleeve is sticking too much.

You also have choices.. Use a larger diameter sleeve if you are using one of the stiffer sleeves. 2nd choice, use a softer sleeve. Are using it part of a stretcher or hanger or on its own to keep u stretched?
