Any other warmup ideas?

Is there any other way to warm up without using a hot wrap, hot shower, or rice sock? Is there a stretch I can do to warm up the suspensory ligament?
I'm trying to find a small IR lamp but until then any ideas??:(
 
I use a space heater sometimes. Stretch and massage myself in front of the space heater to loosen everything up. Thats when I'm too lazy or dont need a shower.
 
Heating pads will rock your world! I use a heating pad for hours before and after, amazing for warmups and even better for warm downs.
