Any Body Else Having Mail Problems?

I've ordered the "Maximum Gain Package" on the 16th of August & it hasn't arrived yet. Any body else had the problem? Here is my scenario, I live in the UK & live with my parents, still 19 till next year, so as i cant order to my house, I sent the order to my mate's place, he offered to help me out & he hasn't received it yet. So has any one experienced that & can tell me what I can do?

I think you should e mail them. There is a mail given and you should write if you see any problems with your order. Just contact them and it'll be ok :)

I actually have done at first, they told me that it might arrive in the middle of last week & it still hasn't arrived, so I'm planning to message them again & to tell them that I'm not happy, though the last time I did, they did say that they would send me another one.
