I wear them constantly. If the days are too hot, I switch to flex tape wrapping. Don't want sweaty penis. On cooler days, I use the sleeves for fast out and removal, on top of being hygienic.

The SiliSleev #2 is around 6mm thick. It has good thick wall too keep the traction force up to 1lb, at times, 1.5lbs. It's great for post length Master routines. If you want up to 2lbs, you have SiliSleev #5. Any greater, you have to use DuroSleev to mirror traction and extender devices. If you are planning to keep elongated after the length routines, this is good. If you plan on using them as hidden version, DuroSleev is the one. If you want dynamic stretches, SiliStretcher is the key. If you want constant stretching, traction devices like PhaloSan Forte is the key, but use with a vacuum cups for comforts.

Good question. There may have been one in the past. I believe the video could have been accidentally deleted. However, the trick is to wrap a TheraBand around the base of the glans before using sleeve. This is to prevent the sliding of the foreskin over the glans and moves the sleeve with it. I have foreskin and this is the method I use.
