Anytime you go back door there is a chance of this. The anal canal is so thin and susceptible to small rips and tares. This happend to me and my lover a few times, but it was very superficial and healed on it's own. Better luck next time. I would advise you to take more time warming her up with some more analigus, some fingering to bring more blood and fluids to the area and get her ready. Anal inter course, requires so much more patients and preparation. Use more lube than you think you need.
