For those of you who do manual (using your hands) stretches i have a good way to get a great grip on your johnson with out blistering your penis and straining your hands.
ITEMS:
1 Thick Tube-Sock
1 Pair Of Scissors
What you do is you take your tube-sock and wet it, then you stretch it out as long as you can get it and then you cut the bottom part of the sock off so you just have the thick (top half) of the sock. Then you cut the top part of the sock in four pieces (cut once right down the middle and then cut that in half) now you have four dick-grippers now dry the straps because you won't be able to tie it while wet once dry wrap one of the straps under the head of your penis and tie behind the head of the penis the same way you would tie a knot and there you have it it shouldn't hurt and it works like a dream if you do it right.
