Bathmate[/words] stretches.
6 days on 1 off (depending on schedule it can change)
--At least 10 minutes of manual stretches before using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]
--Use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 1 hour sets.
--I use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 1 hour a day on weekdays and 3 hours a day on weekends.
--I do anywhere from 15-35 minutes manual stretches per day
--25 minutes of dld hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]
Bathmate[/words] stretches every other day, sets of 5 minutes in conjunction with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]
Bathmate[/words] girthblasters
So here's what a good typical weekday looks like for my length.
15 minutes phase 1 manual stretches, 1 hours in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], 100 jelqs, 10 minutes phase 1 manual stretches, 100 jelqs, 25 minutes dld [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]
Bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches. Total of 1 hr 50 minutes.
The only thing that I might do less of is manual stretches, but no less than the 15 minutes before [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
