What is Malegra FXT Plus?

Erectile dysfunction remains a prevalent concern for couples worldwide, affecting millions of men. Malegra tackles this issue through a combination of Sildenafil Citrate and Fluoxetine. Sildenafil Citrate, a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor, facilitates increased blood flow by relaxing penile blood vessels. Fluoxetine, an antidepressant, plays a pivotal role in preventing premature ejaculation and ensuring prolonged sexual activity.

Whoooooah, Horsey! I just gotta smash a comment here. Absolutely no disrespect at all, @ava844, but a Man who isn’t “new” to the PDE5 inhibitor game, and from personal experience and in my personal opinion, 100mg of Sildenafil is waaaaayyyy too much to start the game with. You’re starting with the max allowable single and daily dose of Sildenafil which will almost guarantee a Man to have side affects at that high of a dose. Not to mention combination therapy with a Prozac set up. Not crapping in your Cheerios or discounting this at all, just really concerned with the high dose Sildenafil in combo with Prozac. Let me know your thoughts….
Edit: Also, SSRI’s and their classes of pharms, usually take 1-2 weeks to fully come on-board. That would mean daily need to have the Prozac (fluoxetine) usage to ramp up for the premature issue. And thus the daily usage of 100mg of Sildenafil as this offering is combo. I’m not too sure (And this is JUST my personal opinion) that would be a good thing?….Possibly? Just throwing it out there. Thanks.

You are not wrong going straight to 100mg straight off the bat. Correct me if I'm wrong for those who use 100mg straight away without first getting multiple doctors' agreements. Normally, it takes about 2 months of successive increase with 2 weeks apart on the same doses, going from 20mg, to 40mg, then 50mg, 70mg, with possible 90mg, before hitting that 100mg marker. Most doctors will question a patient asking for 50mg straight away, and will scrutinize the 100mg dosage without known medical condition first.

Sildenafil + Prozac is like adding rocket fuel to retardant. Your body can accidentally use Prozac on certain day to put out fires, and sudden burst of accumulative rocket fuel will cause the entire biological house to burn down. I'm not throwing anything out there, but I'm put a massive warning sign up saying that fatalities were recorded from similar combos.
