I was thinking about it and I wondered what age do people's penis fully mature.

I know that the Human body stops between the age of 15 to 25 usually more towards the end girls is that the same for the penis?

I was a late bloomer myself, I started puberty around mid 14, it was summer of 9th grade going into 10th.. It stopped growing at 18..

I'm pretty sure mine quit getting any bigger during my mid-teens sometime. Only Penis Enlargement has added a little length. My penis was done growing long before the rest of me.

My penis stopped by 13 but didn't finish puberty till close to 18.

I think I stopped completely at around 20. Length had finished by about 18, but then I got an extra 2 years of girth development and shaping I guess. Was working a lot on my body during that time, so I guess it passed through. Height wise I also grew until just last year, a spinal injury when I was about 15 delayed my height for a few years.

Yaa I was thinking that it takes time to finish fully maturing. Like mine it hasn;t gotten longer except from pe but it looks like it could still mature a little.

I'm using my memories of my Dad's for reference along with what adult entertainment i have watched.

I think that Penis Enlargement at puberty would yield the best results as the penis is in it's maturing stage and some simple physical application would no doubt speed, and increase the overall development of the penis.

It has been written that early Arabic children, at the age of 12, where taught rudimentary Penis Enlargement techniques as they believed the bigger the penis the better the chances of the perpetuation of evolution.

These teachings, although present here, have been suppressed for thousands of years, most likely out of religious or social morals, but non-the-less they have been cauterized from popular society.

Morality or fear of development would be the biggest reasons anyone would use to deter the practice of Penis Enlargement by the under-aged. Psychologically there may be deterrents and how much Penis Enlargement would effect the overall mental development of the child. With this said I also think over-saturation produces maturity, overexposure creates the ability to look at things more subjectively.
