Is it common for most male adult entertainment stars to have a well developed PC, or is it that they're just so used to sex, that they dont feel the urge to come or they can control themselves entirely?

Most likely a combination of the two. With the thousands of articles on PC training here and at other sites you would at least some of the adult entertainment stars to fall upon it.
