I see you are still active, so I want to ask what site are you referring to? If it is a different site from MOS, no need to post the URL.
PE and pumping if done right is very good for penis health.

This is propaganda. They bring up an non objective viewpoint of the truth, in order to define it as the truth. They do this by selecting the data, and information that supports their message.
Search on: Penis Enlargement and you will find a lot of this. Maybe not propaganda. Maybe the truth about the benefits with manual penis enlargement (doing exercises) haven't reached the public space.
So these webpages and sources of information, do not have all the information, in order to put out objective information about it.
They don't have all the facts. And it will be harder for men to discover penis enlargement. Because you have to search a bit and dig deep to find it (on the internet).
I think this is an old PE warning campaign. If the site hack didn't screw up the timeline or timestamp of the post, there was a lot of fear about PE back then during this time.
I agree, there used to be a lot of scare a few years ago. Many people didn't believe dry pumping works. They believe.now because MOS endorses dry pumping and a few brothers have made gains from it. This has destroyed all doubts against dry pumping.
Either dry or wet, pressure influences internal growth as long as you can get blood to flow into the penis with the needed resources for building. Now, there is a massive boom of penis devices everywhere. The brothers here proved the sceptics wrong and now everyone benefits your hard work.

The MityVac HydroVac penis pump kit (Link to MoS Shop).
I get so much more expansion and pressure in my tissue (inside the tissue as well), and the expansion is much more even, in comparison to pumping with only air.
I have measure that you only will suck ~400 ml into the water trap during one SRT 5x5x3 session to make it work for you. If you suck to much water, you will no longer be performing water pumping, because you will end up with air pockets in your penis cylinder (where you keep your penis).
This is easy to overcome if you construct a little bigger water trap. It just needs to handle just a little bit over 15 in.Hg vacuum pressure to be reliable and not break when using it on a regular basis (even if you never go up to 15 in.Hg = not recommended to go that high = dangerous).
