Just a perfect routine. You will see big gains with this.15.11.23- Did 5h22mins of max traction(2800 grams)extending yesterday, also did bundled stretches for 10 mins two times yesterday as well for a total of 20 mins, 1 mins hold bundled stretches in 5 directions.
Finished the day off with the 5x5x3 doing 3x1 mins sets of SSJ’s and 3x5 mins hardcore pumping and my libido and erections just keeps on getting harder and better. All in all a very effective and good day of PE.
My flaccid penis is just looking longer and thicker day by day which I take as a good sign of future erect gains to come.

Also gone up in weight from 82kg's in the morning to now at 88kg's in the morning with abs still visible.
My goal is to weigh 93kg's or 205lbs in the morning with visible abs.

My goal is to get to something similar. But I think I'm at my optimal body composition now.
You should measure yourself with InBody270. It's the best way to measure your body composition in a safe way. It's 1000 times better then a scale.
You also measure the visceral body fat with this device. This device is 98,6% validated against a DEXA-scan. You can really see what's going on inside your body. You also see your skeletal muscle mass and much more.

Just finished doing the newbie routine with the Lengthmaster 3 and it felt really good to be honest. Will incorporate it into my routine again doing it 1-2 times per day. Took me about 24 mins in total including warm-up and ball & lig stretches.
Kept my Infrared lamp on and in front of my package during the whole routine, worked like charm.

I can’t remember the purpose behind ball and lig stretches. I should prob throw those in though
By the way, Ball & Lig Stretches are essential for growing your penis out. Neglecting them are a bad decision. You will see faster gains and a lower and longer flaccid hang after doing them. I highly recommend you doing them. Also you will create more room for doing bundled stretches. These stretches are so important.
