Progress thread Abdiel’s routine and progress thread.

21.10.23- Did 5h34mins of extending yesterday. Will do my best to get to 6-7 hours total today, all depends on how much the noose system starts hurting after about 4 hours.
Can’t wait to get the extender arm for my Male Edge Pro and get back to getting at least 7 hours in a day.

It appears that Male Edge Pro is more comfortable for you. I hope you get that spare part as fast as possible.

It definitely is and the extender arm should be here this week, hopefully.

On another note I just did some light jelqing before putting the Jes extender on now and it seems there is less pain, maybe it’s because I got some fresh blood flow in the penis head. So going to do at least 20 jelqs before putting it on again.

They have a smart product. Better then Jes. But the arms break so they have replacement parts you can buy. How long did it hold up before it broke?

Yepp, did not like the Male Edge system at first but as I started using it I discovered that it’s much easier to take on and off and getting enough traction comfortably compared to the Jes Extender.

The arm lasted for two months before it broke, I think I just bended it too much and then it broke, shit happens.😂

On another note, just had an appointment at my Doc today to get a new script for my Nebido(Testosterone/TRT). I’m now injecting every 8’th week which keep my trough level at a whopping 750 ng/dL which means I’m always higher than that and I don’t even need no AI(aromatase inhibitors)as my estrogen is within the normal range as well.

They say to aim for a trough level between 600-800 ng/dL so I’m at the high end of that, by God how good I feel having a high testosterone level. Would advice any man in their mid thirties or older to start TRT.

But they sell replacement arms, I wonder why? 😂
They could have made them stronger. But I hope you get up to speed with it as fast as possible.

I need to look into this, not low levels as far as I know.
Whqt levels should you have as a natural levels from your ballsack. Before it declines to much?

But would probably need to move to a city with a private clinic for this. Otherwise I need a gun and force them (just kidding). But you will probably hear that this is a normal part of aging. But ypur muscular system and bone density will go down if your testosterone production is to low...I don't want that. I will be weak. 😕

Sometimes you need to make doctors understand. It was like this when I was evaluating (see what worked)a medication in the past, I needed to be my own doctor in order to present the possibilities to the doctor. I bought many books in order to kow my rights and what was out there, in order to force the doctor.

No problem brother.

I think that’s why they sell it so cheap compared to the Jes extender, getting extra income from people buying spare parts. Luckily though the extra arm was very affordable at around 25-30 dollars, but I will be more careful when putting the Male Edge on from now on and make sure it, hopefully, doesn’t break again.😂

But it sounds like nose clamped based extenders are working for you. That's good news for the rest of us, that have problems to get hold of vaccum based extenders like the Silistretcher (due to Shipment costs).

They say anything between 6- 31 nmol/L or 264- 900 ng/dL is normal so it’s a wide range and people respond differently to different T-levels. But a healthy man in his twenties should at least have around 5-600 ng/dL or 18-21 nmol/L.

When you enter your thirties testosterone levels will naturally start do decline as you age, hence the need for TRT. Funny thing is, they give women all sorts of hormonal treatments as they hit menopause to make them feel better, but we as men just have to deal with getting older and our T-levels declining.

It’s just like you say that we almost have to point a gun on the Doctor’s head to get what we need. Good thing that you learn all you can about something before talking to a Doctor, I always do that too. Knowledge is power.

Correct, it has worked out way better this time than it has in the past. Yes, it’s a little uncomfortable at times but you’ll get used to it as long as you keep on wearing it.

Maybe I’ll even get used to the «pain» from the Jes extender with time as well. Found some protect pads that I had laying around after buying the AndroPenis extender years ago and use it now and it’s much more comfortable.

Yeah I have read reviews about these extenders. The main problem is to get the wrap to work (secure attachment without pains), after that they all seemed pleased with these kind of extenders.

If you know about penis enlargement theory and concepts, that's is a big difference, then if you just buy and extender from the shelf and have no pre-knowledge of what it takes to grow the penis.

Yepp, I know as it’s all about how many hours you’re able to wear it somewhat comfortably. Eventually your penis get’s so accustomed to wearing it that it becomes more comfortable with time.
