25.09.23- Did only 3h02mins of extending yesterday as I had to turn my daily rhythm around. Been awake during the night for about a week and got tired of it always being dark outside when I was awake.

Anyhow, today I will get at least 7 hours done per usual, aiming for 8 and hope I manage to get that done.
Simply amazing! Keep up the work it will pay off big

Will do it this way to completely maximise my gains and in the process totally change my flaccid and erect penis to something bigger and even better.

A tip is to take a before and after picure. You don't have to share them, just for yourself. I believe it's just good to have a reference, because as we gain size we tend to get blind to our bigger size.

I understand now how hard BTC-BS is on the body now. After an easier period with PE for me, I get really sore in my muscular system. I'm shaking more as well.
Yeah, they really do take a toll on the underarms, especially when I work out as hard as I do everyday so it just became too much. Can’t give up on the training so that’s why I choose to instead wear an extender everyday.

Hope you get back into your stretching routine again really quick.

Yeah I'm in full understanding.
Your methods will work. There are brothers on here that use their extender as their main length device. If you can do bundled stretches like 10 minutes before, putting on the extender it will benefit you.

It can be enough by only rotating your penis back and forth, if you can't stretch right now. Just softing the tissue up.

This will pre-deform and pre-elongate tunica albuginea, so you will see more temporary elongation after your session with the extender. I did this with my broomstick routine as well.

I have gone easy at the gym lately, not been there for a month now. But after I did gripstrength work there and lifting 60 kilogram slam-balls, and dumbell rows (~65 kilogram), my gripstrength and indurance became compromise when I wanted to do BTC-BS the same day in the evening. I even got cramps in my right hand during stretching.

So I realize that I needed to restructure my training program for Penis Enlargement. Before I was a strongman, now I'm a professional penis stretcher. 😃

Yeah, doing the BTC-BS stretches after a workout becomes a second workout, as pulling as hard as you can for 5 minutes at a time is really taxing on the muscles. Glad you understand what I mean.

Will start to incorporate some bundled stretches before putting on the extender, hopefully it’ll speed my gains up even further. Heck, maybe I’ll just do straight down bundled stretches with the Lengthmaster 3 as long as it doesn’t cause my underarms too much pain.

Yeah I understand 100%. I'm feeling weak right now. But there is no way but to go further, and just keep going. The body will adjust again.

I now know why some bodybuilders are promoting static holds to gain muscle mass. Oh man you learn so much about yourself, and life in general being on MOS.

You can do DBS if that's working for you. But only rotating your penis back and forth, will also be beneficial if that is what you can do.
