17.09.23- Had an easy day yesterday with only 2h02mins of extending. Might take Sundays off from now on so I at least have one day of rest per week.

Didn’t even do my fitness routine, but must say it got a bit boring doing very little yesterday. So will see when next Sunday comes if I take a break/easy day then too. I’m basically addicted to working out and doing PE everyday.😂😂😂
 
Have you ever tried visualization meditation ?

If not try this out : )

Next time you meditate visualize a golden ball of energy spiraling 🌀 up the back and down the front in your med section between the navel and lower back.

With your mind’s eye move towards your navel and let spiral and breath into it.

Tested it out, not sure if I did it 100% correct, but it felt like a boost of energy when visualizing it my stomach area.

Thank you again for the tip, always up for trying out different things when doing my meditation.😄

Thanks brother sounds like did it right it’s an energy meditation to anchor your mind and thoughts to one point.

The whole meditation goes through a deep orbit around the whole body spiraling 🌀 the ball of energy up the back of the body and down the front at different points.

Thank you for the further explanation brother. Will definitely be doing this again. Anything that I can do to improve pure energy levels I’m all in on.

Your Welcome just be safe doing it. That’s what I should have advised in the beginning before telling.

Here’s an extra tip focus, breath, spiral and feel it vibrate as it spirals up the back and down the front.

18.09.23- Did 40 mins of BTC-BS, no pumping. But I think I have to take a break from stretching as I have gotten an insane case of tendonitis/inflammation in my elbows and underarms.

It’s even affecting my workouts and even hurts when I’m resting my underarms on my recliner chair, also wake up full off pain in my elbow and underarms. It’s the HARD stretching combined with insane workouts that have caused it.

Will take some days off, at least, from stretching to see if it get’s better since it’s affecting my workouts and hurts like hell even when I do push-ups and pull-ups. Will put my focus, for now, on extending even more than 5 hours per day.

Will see if I also do some pumping/ 5x5x3 before bedtime just to keep my penis engorged and hanging low and full.

Check out Mike Mentzer's training methods. When I received information about his training methods everything changed for me, I even incoperated his methodology into penis enlargement without knowing it. I realized this later.

You don't need to kill yourself/destroy your body in order to have a strong body. It sounds like you have overtrained?

Watch this. This emphasize his approach.

You can still be strong with his approach. It's even more effective even. Why train when you don't need to. Rest is as important as training itself.

But anyway, I digress, just gonna take some time off from using the Lengthmaster 3 until my underarms feel better again.

Maybe you need to restructure your training program, because LENGTHMASTER 3 stretches are like a training session as well. I hope you can come back to stretching soon...

A side story:
When I was progressing to lift 251 kilogram in deadlift. I did 1 to 2 sessions of training each week. The rest was for recovery and relaxation. Sometimes I did 3 sessions but that was stretching it. But I was able to lift 251 kilogram in deadlift 1 rep, 3 times at the end of last year. Without knowing it I had used the same approach as Mike Mentzer did.

Then I discovered MOS and penis enlargement, and I lost my peak strength and a lot of fat and muscle mass.

I have the same approach when doing penis enlargement now.

But it's probably not suitable for all training programs, like Kettle bells.

My PI’s(Penis Indicators) are looking really, really good as in a much lower and fuller hang throughout the day and even when I wake up the day after.

Also had RAGING night and morning wood, almost to the point where it hurt. I attribute that to doing my kegels and the extending improving and increasing blood flow.

Still hurts like hell, taking a long time off of using the LM3. Besides that I kinda like using the extender only, contemplating doing full package pumping as well with the Bathmate HydroXtreme.

21.09.23- Did 7h10mins of extending at between 2000-2800 grams of traction yesterday.

I’m really liking the constant longer and fuller hang that I now have 24/7 from extending several hours a day.

Contemplating doing full package pumping as well with my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9, will start doing it, just not exactly sure of when I’ll start doing it.

This sounds so good. I would love to progress to something similar. What extender do you use mostly? How long can you use it?
Going to try removing the comfort insert and see if there’s enough space for my nuts as well, I think it will be, time will tell.

When it comes to the extender I’m mostly(95% of the time) using the Male Edge Pro, which was waaay cheaper than the Jes Extender Gold. I use it with a rubber sheat that I put on behind my penis head,under the strap, to prevent slippage and make it more comfortable to wear.

You need to buy the rubber sheat as well, believe me, as it makes it that much more comfortable. It’s the same company that makes Male Edge and the Jes that sells the rubber sheat as well. The rubber sheat does not come with the extender but you can buy it from a sex-shop or directly from the company producing Male Edge and Jes for a very affordable price.

It cost me like 10-12 $ extra to buy the sheat and it was worth every dollar and it doesn’t get easily worn out. It’s a pretty solid made rubber sheat.
