Okey. Then I believe a beginner routine is the best way to start. You will find it in the #1 post of this thread.



After this you transition to downward bundled stretches, and finely BTC Bundled Stretches. But how fast you can transition has a lot to do with how it feels. Always talk to your penis.

It can take some time of Downward Bundled Stretches until you finely can tuck the LENGTHMASTER 3 behind your ASS.
I’m too slow sometimes NOW I saw there was a video link to the lengthmaster beginner routine! Excellent will start with that before going to downwards.
 
Ok, I see, I need to practice bundled stretches with my hands only, will start doing that tomorrow then, mixing it in with my regular ones.

So glad I finally realized where all that lengthmaster videos were posted, haha, I’m pretty useless with technology and such. Juuust saying.
If it's needed some more video instructions of other things, let me know and I will try to make it happen.
 
Another day soon gone away working out, and on, my M.B.D(Mind, body, dick)doing PE, meditating and doing my KB/calisthenics workout.

Scheesh, time just flyes by, in rapid speed so no time to waste on my PE/fitness/mindfullness journey. Walked my dog, walked over my usual, at least, 10 thousand steps. Gotta be active, you know.

Did bundled stretches today, managed just fine to bundle it in all 5 directions.

So 20 sets bundled 30 sec hold stretches, 120 quality jelqs, SSJ/pump routine 3x5 minutes and 30 minutes extreme extending(even added a 2 or 3 mm piece, so extending at 20,3cm with full force on springs).

Total PE time today 2h45min.

Try holding the bundled stretches for 1 minute each, it will be more fun. 😁
 
10 sets of 1 min hold bundled stretches, 120 dry jelqs, SSJ/pumping 3x5 min and 30 min of extreme extending done for today.

Btw just got confirmed that my MityVac is ready to be picked up, think I’ll go get it tomorrow and also the lengthmaster has arrived in my country so hoping it’ll be here too within a weeks time. Can’t wait to try both out.
 
Was so close to bringing the MityVac home today, until I discovered there was a customs fee to be paid on the package.

Will get it tomorrow as my bank account fills up then. Starting to realize what a stroke of genius it is for this site to sell their own, tested and tried, brand names and products.

Having high hopes for the quality of the pump, taking my «pumping game» to the next level which I already suspect it will.

The lengthmaster I got zero doubt regarding the quality of it seeing how hard squirt_inducer_man goes with it, even modifying the damn thing, haha, he’s most definitely «the mad scientist» of our brotherhood.
 
Question for my brethren before I go do my PE routine: Should I just focus on length first, then girth? Or keep doing it the way I do now combining length and girth work? @squirt_inducer_man, since you’re my PE Yoda, so to speak.

Just read another post where someone said to focus on length first that’s what’s got me wondering.

I let others answer this question, since I have only done either only girthwork or, only lengthwork. I have never done them simultaneously.


I would love to, if you incoperated my stretching program and gained 1 inch in length (BPEL) in a short time frame.
