So first downward bundled stretches and then behind the ass, I see you hold these stretches quite long. How long per rep and per set? Total time? I’m definitely buying the lengthmaster when I get money on the 20’th if my finances allows it, that is. Hopefully so.I will explain everything. I feel it would be easier to explain when you have the device. The wrapping is one of the most important things with the LENGTHMASTER 3. But I have many videos of that, and people seems to like my wrapping technique.
I have the perfect plan for you. Because you are not new to PE, this will be perfect.
Do my progression structure and you will gain big time.
First downward bundled stretches, and then progress into bundled stretches behind the ASS (Behind The Cheeks).

So just a warning there will be plenty of nagging and stupid questions from me when learning the wrapping and how to use it. Btw will simple ace bandage wrapping do the trick or do I need some special type of cloth or anything?
Edit; Did not know before now what a endless recourse behind the ass bundled stretches are for gains, haha.
And I must admit that I wasn’t really planning on buying it as it looks like a tool of torture and hence a hassle to use, maybe, though guess I just gotta get used to a new way of stretching.
Btw if you’re not in sales already you should be because YOU single-handedly convinced me to buy this piece of equipment due to your gains and shorter time spent actually stretching. I wasn’t as already said going to buy it but here I stand corrected as I can’t wait to buy it now.
