Just a quick question: How often should I increase my stretching sets/time.

Been 23 days now with the same amount but felt like increasing sets already now, or wait until the first of July. Any thoughts?

I never did this. During my entire length gain journey I have used 40 min - 1 hour of stretching per day (rest days for healing the skin on my penis as well).

But what I will tell you. Without LENGTHMASTER 3 that would not be possible. After the newbie gains of ~ 1 inch everything becomes tougher.

Increasing the time during tension, is be a your best bet when using your hands. If you can increase the pulling force that would be better as well. Then you can reduce the time you stretch. Keep in mind that this is based on my own experiences. From hands to my broomstick to LENGTHMASTER 3.

It’s up to you I always been told go high intensity, without in injuring yourself.

If you feel like you are not reaching fatigue, I would increase the sets.

If you ever reach a plateau I would get the LengthMaster and I’m not trying to sell the product or promote it, but it’s like ripping your penis off with two hands. That’s how intense it is.
 
Thanks for the responses though I’ll wait a few months before buying the lengthmaster as I’ve already measured as I felt like my unit was longer while jelqing. And go to show on my ruler that I have already gained 0,5 cm or approximately 0,2 inches.

Upped my stretching sets from 32 to 36 and my jelqing from 320 to 360. It sure takes some time and I get a bit tired and bored at the end of my sessions though still I somehow like sitting there stretching, jelqing and pumping for 3,5 hours.

So going to stick with this routine for now and measure again when it looks and feels like I have gained even more, so far I would say that 0,5 cm in about 3 weeks is a very good gain.

To be totally honest I’m hoping to see a 1cm gain a month with this intense routine. And when it comes to pullingforce it already feels like I’m tearing my dick off and on 3 out of the 5 stretching directions I actually use both hands to stretch+ I work out with kettlebells so I got both an iron grip and strong force when pulling/stretching.
 
AND I’m sure hoping dry pumping with my 2 inch diameter x 9,25 inch length MityVac will aid even further in both length and girth.

Getting a bit tired of having to jump in the shower to pump, and the HydromaxExtreme9 is just a bit to wide for my unit right now. Hoping to fill out the MityVac tube in both length and girth in no time.

And then maybe be able after some time to fill out my BM HydroExtreme 9, or just purchase a bigger MityVac tube all depending on how much I like it. Though I already expect to like it. High hopes for my new PE tool.

I like your approach. Manual stretching are underrated. I feel like many brothers are forgetting the power of your hands when they get into penis enlargement. I see some brothers do not even start stretching before they got the LENGTHMASTER 3, this is the completely wrong mindset to have. You need to make it happen no matter what!

By the way: What weights are the kettlebells you are training with at?
 
Was wondering about one thing though: is it a hassle doing the wrapping for using the lengthmaster?

I’ve used a BiB hanger years ago and could never get the wrapping technique down the right way+ I used the hanger for about 4 months and absolutely 0 gains, that was kinda frustrating after the months put in.

When it comes to my kettlebells I got all pairs of them as I always use two at a time. So I’ve got two 44lbs ones, two 53 lbs ones, two 62 lbs ones, two 71 lbs ones, two 80 lbs ones and my two big boy 88 lbs ones.

I think I'm not joking. I think it's really possible. I'm thinking a combination of manual stretching and hanging. You put a kettlebell at your mid shaft simultaneously as you hold your glans with one hand. You sit on a chair doing this exercise, so the kettlebell can use the full power of gravity to stretch out your penis.

Good to hear KB's are very underrated when it comes to building both muscle and strengt.

Calisthenics and KB's are the things I built my physique with that and a 14kg weighted vest, got my own dirty, hardcore lil home gym.

And yeah, maybe I could stretch my penis with them too.😛

Awesome! If I used a broomstick (power assist device) to stretch my penis with, you should be able to use a kettlebell as well.
