I would not be able to do everything in one go, due to soreness in the penis skin.
I did it, wuhuu! But yes there was some soreness of the skin and I’m really, really feeling it in my underarms though will repeat it again a bit later today.

Also kinda contemplating doing a girth routine in the evenings by doing the 5x5x3 but most likely I’ll just stick to using the LM3. Too damn tired in the evenings after a long day of being constantly active. But my thought process is that the pumping will just boost my length gains even more since I fill up the tube so nicely.

After watching the video squirt_inducer_man posted of DLD/Guru explaining the SSJ I realized doing them can aid in me gaining both length and girth. And since I fill up the 2 inch MityVac tube the pumping will also aid in gaining length.

You should split up your session, that will be more effective.

You will benefit by splitting up the session. The elongation healing between the sessions and stretching multiple times per day, will aid in gaining faster. It's better to do 2 x 30 minute sessions, then just one session of 60 minutes.
Personally I do 2 sessions at 20 minutes each per day with, 3:1 (3 days on, 1 day rest).
If you are stretching hard, it will be enough.


Stretch... rest and keep it elongated....stretch rest and keep it elongated.
Remember that elongation healing (the rest) is as important as the stretching itself. Everything is written in the SRT.
From having loose underwear, or no underwear at all, to elongation healing, and expansion healing (girthwork).

I never let my penis turtling during the day, I always use my penis elongation wrap on me.

Ok, I’ll listen to you and split it up either doing 8x5 BTC-B stretches in the AM and 4x5 min in the PM, or split it evenly as in 6x5 min AM and the same in the PM. Wanna keep going for the full 60 min still.

Though contemplating doing 2 sets of SSJ and pumping in both the AM and PM session, must ponder how much time I wanna put in to this. I might just end up doing the stretching only, though I’ve always had luck in gaining length with pumping, hence me being so adamant about doing it too.
 
Did my one session of 12x5 min BTC-B stretches yesterday as well, though after some advice from brother @squirt_inducer_man I’ll be splitting my routine up once again doing 8x5 min BTC-B stretches in the AM and 4x5 min in the PM.

One thing I think I’m adding today is doing 2 sets of SSJ and pumping after each Lengthmaster 3 session. I’m in a rush to gain both length and girth as I’ve set a timeframe on doing intense PE work until the 15’th of June next year when turning 41. After that, as long as I’ve hopefully gained some and feel satisfied with my new size, I’ll be doing maintenance only.
 
Did a split routine yesterday. AM routine 6x5 min BTC-B stretches finished off with 2x5 min sets of SSJ/pumping.
PM routine 6x5 min BTC-B stretches.

Not too sure I’ll keep on doing the SSJ/pumping for now, will see when I do my AM routine in a little while. Going for 8x5 min of BTC-B stretches on that one, and maybe 3x5 min of SSJ/pumping. PM routine will be 4x5 min of BTC-B stretches.

One thing I’ve learned from my years of doing PE on and off again, is that I need to go hard as when I used an extender I had to go at least 7-8 hours a day wearing it to finally get some gains.
And with the Bathmate I had to stay in the pump for at least 10 min straight at full pressure before I finally gained length from doing so.

That’s at least my reasoning for stretching the full 60 min each day and maybe doing 3 sets of SSJ/pumping as well.

On a sidenote I need to log on later in the day as well as it seems it’s a bit more active on here then. Just sitting here writing/talking to myself at the moment, hahaha.

Keep in mind that you will probably gain girth as well when doing lengthwork. That has been the experiences from some brothers here on MOS.

Yeah, that would be great. Was thinking my girth would become bigger from pulling that inner penis out. It kinda looks girthier already after doing the BTC-B stretches. Sorry for straying away from your guidance temporarily, just got a bit too eager.

Sticking to two 20 min BTC-B sessions from now on. The 40 min sessions was just too much anyways.
 
Did my split routine yesterday as well one AM 40 min BTC-B stretch session followed by the 5x5x3 which took me to a total of 2h15min which is just way too much PE time especially considering I don’t do rest days.

PM session 20 min of BTC-B stretches.

Sticking to doing two 20 min sessions from now on, as I want to follow the guidance of @squirt_inducer_man exactly.
Hoping to get as good gains as he already has.
 
Kettlebell, leg workout time. Will see how many sets I get in with the LM3 after that. Almost feel bad that I only did 20 min of BTC-B stretches in my first session for the day.

20 minutes is a great amount of time to do behind the cheeks.
 
Took Saturday and Sunday off though did my split routine on Friday concisting of: AM routine 20 min BTC-B stretches and PM routine consisted of 30 min of BTC-B stretches.

Will play around with total stretching time, like today I think I’m going for the full 60 min split up with one 30-40 min one and one 20-30 min one as well.

Wearing my Silisleeve whenever I can.
 
@Abdiel Bull Berg, the goal is not to bundle as much as possible, but to create the most intensity possible that are sustainable during a long time.

But you need to increase the intensity exponentially as you progress. This was the reason I needed to get into a new bundled position.

This is my last session for the day, and I don't need to bundle as much as I did in my first session. The intensity is really strong, even with less bundles.

I just can’t let go of not pumping, will see when I do my first routine of the day in if I just go for 40 min of stretches and then be too tired to even bother with pumping.

Learned one valuable lesson though: Water based lube is no bueno for pumping. Need to order some better lube. So just ordered me some coconut/water based lube, hope I’ll do better with that especially considering the price of it.

Edit: since I just can’t let go of pumping I’m going to stick to doing it only once per day, in the AM routine while doing 40 min of BTC-B stretches at first then pump/SSJ. That way at least my 20 min PM routine will be for length only.
Though will have to see how I feel after 40 min of intense stretching.

Btw doing 1,5 bundles really upped the intensity feeling of the stretch, almost at one point thought I was going to pull my dick straight off of my body. Intense stuff.

Also thought about my lofty goal of getting to 9 inches and come to the conclusion that I think I’ll be more than happy with 8,5 BPEL and 6 inch girth. If I do get to 9 inches though, I won’t exactly complain. But as of now I just want to have the longest and thickest penis I possibly can have which means I have to pump too, though I still wear my Silisleeve after the sessions where I did pumping too as I’m primarily focusing on length ATM.

You can't pull off your penis, your brain won't allow it. But awesome that you have increased the intensity in your stretches. This is the kind of intensity, you should always feel when stretching. 😊

Your penis is really tough and resilient. Remember that you have a lot of inner penis, and connective tissue inside of you, to support your outer penis when you have an erection.

Yes Sir, eventually we’re both going to need size queens to handle our massive members. While at the same time make the normal size preferring women just run away by the sight of it, hehe.

Btw just found out I cannot do girthwork after doing 40 min of BTC-B stretches so I had to change my mind again and strictly focus on length right now. Could not for the life of me get a proper erection going after stretching my 1,5 bundles so hard.

Hopefully with the addition of the Male Edge Pro I’ll reach my dream length in no time, the ultimate goal would be to have reached 9 BPEL by Jan.1 myself too. Though that’s quite a hefty goal, only time will tell if I’m able to do so. Also I figured I won’t have the time for girth work when adding an extender in the mix as well.

For now I’m giving it until I turn 41 on the 15’th of June next year to reach my dream length, because after that I’ve got a year on me until I turn 42 to get the girth of my dreams. Luckily the girth work won’t be so time consuming as getting the length is.

You just keep on being you brother, with motivational words, excellent explanations and great video tutorials. I know I’m far from the only one benefitting and learning from you here on MOS.
 
Did 40 min BTC-B stretches in session 1 will do session 2 consisting of 20-30 min stretching in a few hours.

What I really came to write was that I have worn my AndroPenis extender for 1h and 40min by now and suddenly noticed how much thicker my base girth seems when taking it off. It’s definitely thicker at the base, which must mean that I’m actually pulling my inner penis out with the LM3. My flaccid hangs now between 5-6 inches even without pumping.

Taking this as a good sign of length AND base girth gains to come. Like mentioned in a previous post I’m going apeshit with my PE from now on, maybe even upping my LM3 BTC-B stretches to a total of 70 min, split into two sessions.

After each LM3 session I’ll wear the extender for at least 2 hours to heal in an elongated state, aiming for 6 hours of extender use total per day, or more. My ultimate dream is to be 9 inches BPEL come New-Years which means I’ll have to gain 1,5 inches in a little as four months.

Hefty goal I have set for myself though I’m feeling motivated like hell to achieve it. The only time I’m giving my penis a rest will be when I sleep, other than that it’s some sort of, for length, PE all day long. Will even try to work out with my Silisleeve on, I just have to make it work, no more shriveling when doing my fitness routine.

Also managed to wear my AndroPenis Extender for 3h35min and I’m wearing it right now, extending every chance I get. Canceled my MaleEdge order and rather put in an order on Jes Extender Gold, as it comes with 3 different attatchment options for the penis head and with comfort options as well.

Going to use the heck outta that extender, aiming for 5-7 hours everyday if everything works out well enough.

That’s the one thing about having exited worklife, you pretty much just have to find something else to do or you’ll go crazy from boredom.

But still I like the life I’m living right now, had waaay to many shitty jobs that I hated and tried getting a higher education several times, but failed miserably. Just got tired of life and living, finally refound some sort of joy for life after giving up a so called normal life and starting ADHD meds in my thirties.


That’s a big no, no I cannot stretch any harder than I already do, on the verge of pain each stretch but have learned to like the «pain».

The only friends I had are all drug abusers and junkies that’ll never quit getting high and fucked up on drugs. Luckily I was just smart enough to realize I could not live that kinda life nor hang out with them anymore.

Yes! I got it all done, one AM session of 40 min BTC-B stretches and one 20 min PM session.

Will have to add the total extender time up a bit later as I’m wearing it right now after my last session. Must be close to 8-9 hours of total extending time for today, which I’m very happy with. Just have to dig deep tomorrow as well and get at least 6-7 hours total extending time.

Now it’s time for my last couple of meals for the day, digest a bit and hit the sack. Been a very active day as well with working out, walking my dog three times and vacuuming my house. Walked over 10km today, close to 15.000 steps as usual. Very good day, all in all.

Just calculated and added up my extender wearing for yesterday, got in a whooping 8h29min total extended time.

My goal is approx 6+/- hours everyday so knocked it outta the park yesterday.

Also, I will do 2 sets of BTC-B stretches everyday I got the energy and time left to do it. Will always, for now, do 40 min BTC-B stretches in my first routine of the day so that way I’ll always get a minimum of 40 min total everyday. Though going for one 40 min session and one 20 min session, as long as the energy is there.

I've been stuck at 8+ BPEL for what seems like forever (probably more like 9 months or so), and the magic 9" club has always been my goal. I'll toss my d!ck in the ring and see how it goes (helps to be accountable).

Did a split routine yesterday and extending. 40 min BTC-B stretches in the morning routine, in the evening routine I actually did 3x5 min of pumping to make my penis head a bit larger for extending purposes.

Though my shaft, especially the base become so thick I could barely fit into the base of the extender. So don’t think I’ll be doing that anymore despite it being a length exercise as well.

Also got in 5h15min of extending at full traction.
