I never thought of combining the A stretch with the footlong. I am flexible enough, but I can barely get my foot in position. I've managed to almost reach the arch of my foot. Shit!!! I wish my feet were shorter!!! I have size 14 feet.
I'll settle for the heel for now. I position my foot before I add the A stretch.
