Anyone have hardness or stiffness at the tip of there penis even in flaccid state. I am a bit worried about this and i have had this for a while.

well, when i am flaccid, i can feel hardness on the middle part of my penis. I don't know what muscle it is but it's like the main pipe right in the middle. While the base and middle are squishy and soft, the top that is ending near my tip is stiff.

I have been doing pe for about 2 years and became lazy and did not start, have been masturbating way to much lately, i think it's time for a break and just do deep tissue massage. So how long do you think i should do this and i haven't been warming up much.
supra, no pain, just a stiff hard feeling at the top of my penis. I can tell the difference between the top and middle/bottom.

super late update, still have deflated glans and hard flaccid, have some outer groin pain/back pain. Getting this fixed and hopefully everything gets back to normal.
Very temporary thing it goes away in a day or two.
