Was just reading over at Thunders. its called HTW(hair tie wrap) made by Scunci product numbers 17276-a and 16255-a. there diff in widths. Im going to try them using my wench and my stretcher. thses my wife found at Walgreens.
 
very nice, but still had to wrap with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap over it.
