this could already be a well known stretch but i thought I'd post it anyway in case it isn't, and i haven't looked into it or anything just made it up when i was in the shower when i started out and felt like a good stretch.
i get a reverse ok grip at the base of the glands with my right hand, then i stretch to stretch down and i place it over the top of my wrist, like the "wrist watch dick trick". While it is over the top of my left wrist i get my left hand and put it on my right wrist. I push my right hand down with my left hand by pushing my left hand up (doing all the pushing with my left hand while in the wrist stretch)
it's very simple and don't know if other people have already thought of this but just thought i'd share feels good to finish up a routine with.
