Through using the bib hanger
I did 4x20 everyday. I stopped slowly after achieving my goal.
To this day I havent lost any of my gains.
I got lazy with hanging to be honest because it wasnt comfortable to stand or sit at the edge of a chair for an hour. It was either my back or butt that would hurt lol.
I know theirs been plenty of topics and ive probably read them all. But im just looking for a more comfortable way to hang.
For some reason while sitting down and hanging, it hurts my fat pad area, like the muscles are being streched too much. If I position myself to where it doesnt hurt. My back will hurt for the long hour lol.
Ive seen a post of a guy that bought a thin chair and cut a small hole in the middle so he can run the string in it to hang.
Now that sounds comfy but that would look wierd and its extreme.lol
Any ideas on hanging straight down comfortably would be appreciated.. Thats guys.
