The length can be as long as you want. Select the length that is best for you. I have various lengths that I use.

That is lightly stretched. It's 16cm in its normal relaxed state. Not so fun trying to keep it from accidentally touching the toilet water line.

If you have the time at home, use the extender. If you are always on the go, use the stretcher. Just know that the Length Master needs a bit of learning time. Be patient and learn it slowly. Once you master it, it is an invaluable tool.

The SiliSleev#2 is considered softer around 3 to 4mm in thickness, while SiliSleev#5 is thicker, around 5mm to 7mm thickness.

The softer sleeves allow you to use the vacuum cups with higher suction, but the trade off is, since it's software, it can be torn much easier. The thicker version is stiffer, but still good with vacuum cups, but since it's thicker, it may pull on your penis a bit more, causing the slippage that most people reported of their penises "turtling" inside the sleeve. My suggestion is, go with the #5 sleeve, and use a bit of TheraBand to prevent that slippage in creating a traction collar around the base of the glans. It doesn't matter if you are circumcised or uncircumcised. The collar helps to reduce and eliminate the slippage as the glans shrinks.

For an all day sleeve, this is just my suggestion, but either a single #5 sleeve with a light wrap, double #5 sleeve for a more rigid wall, or the DuraSleev which is the thickest. It all based on the season as well. If it's hot and humid, my suggestion is using Ace or similar flexible tape wrap. I've been pondering about poking holes all over the larger and looser DuroSleev to achieve aeration, or multiple 0.5cm diameter holes everywhere on the two #5 sleeves to achieve the same 900g of traction while allowing to breath in the heat. Haven't test it yet.

I'm Europe, you can get flagship drop off like Amazon and AliExpress for similar penis sleeves. Look for 4 to 5mm thickness for SiliSleev #2 equivalence, or 6 to 8mm for #5 equivalence.

Unfortunately, there is no DuroSleev equivalence out there.

We ship worldwide, but right now it's this very difficult to get into the middle east. So if you're ordering from israel or anywhere else out there, expect there to be a significant delay

Way too much tariff right now. July 1, 2027 supposedly the end of the tariff situation. But the next president may extend it.

Nope. Worldwide. To Europe, 25%. China, 50% to 100%. To other parts of Asia, 35%. Canada and South America, 15% to 35%. I ordered my equipment from Sweden, and I got charged an additional 35%.
