20mins/day Enough for Girth?

Well since my last thread ("Oddity Measuring Girth") I have made a discovery that with clamping I gain 1/4" of external girth, which I was very excited about. Anyhow, now my question is how much girth work per day would yield good gains? Would simply 20 minutes of clamping with possibly clamped ULI's or horse squeeze's be acceptable? Or anyone have any other suggestions on this? Thanks in advance!
 
I you don't want to hear this, but it varies. For some 20 is enough. for others (like me) need more per day. There's only one way to know if it's enough for you.

I gained fairly well on 20 minutes a day. But only for a while, then I had to bump it up.
 
im doing 2-3 sets of 20min a day, I like you have seen a 1/4 increase in the last few days, hopefully im not jinxing myself by saying that ;)

Oh geeze, I wish I got 1/4" in the past few days. Nah, that was in reference to my other thread about how I had not noticed expansion post girth workout and was wondering what that meant for gains. 2 to 3 sets though eh, that might be workable. I guess I'll go with the 20 mins initially and add more sets if need be, but that looks very promising. Thanks for the input all!
 
You could space the sets out through the day if you have a hard time finding a big chunk of time. That works well.
 
thats exactly how I do it..usually 1 in the morning and if I can't do it after school i'll just wait till night to do 2 sets.. :)

btw, that 1/4 gain has come from about 2 months of clamping, usually I would just do 40min daily, I cut it back to sets...works better apparently :)
 
That actually works perfectly then, and if the sets works better then damn! Here's to lookin' forward to my first girth gain in months! Thanks!
