Well since my last thread ("Oddity Measuring Girth") I have made a discovery that with clamping I gain 1/4" of external girth, which I was very excited about. Anyhow, now my question is how much girth work per day would yield good gains? Would simply 20 minutes of clamping with possibly clamped ULI's or horse squeeze's be acceptable? Or anyone have any other suggestions on this? Thanks in advance!
