Updates for this week:

  • Phallogenetics at 60-90 minute set intervals
  • Average 7 hours ADS during evening after manual exercises
  • ADS @ full bone-pressed flaccid stretch
  • Average 1-2 hours Silistretcher during sleep
  • Use Silistretcher for manual work too
  • Applying 3-4 hours moderate tension (1200 grams) followed by 3 hours mild tension (900 grams)
  • Morning: bundled stretches + three BM workouts this week
  • healing in stretched state with MOS cock ring couple hours post-morning BM
  • Firegoat rolls between BM sets

Awesome update! I love that you’re still using the modified PhalloGenetics. Very few have use this but I’ll tell you the power is unbelievable.

No gain on Erect length. What am I doing wrong? Been almost 3 months of no gain.

@DLD @REDZULU2003 is my intensity off? Am I extending with the ADS at too much tension? I'm confused here guys not even .1" gained in length in almost 3 months. Girth I am beyond happy about! My penis looks so full and thick it's amazing! But what the heck for length?

It’s got to be intensity my brother! If you’re happy with your girth at this point why not go for completely exclusive length routine based in SRT? Only having to concentrate on length will make your job so much easier. If you need help putting a length routine together just ask.

Thanks @DLD . The Silistretcher loses suction because the durosleeves get a bit loose. I'm also not the best at manuals because I feel as if I don't get a real flaccid pull because no matter what I do, I get a little bit of blood into my penis which prevents a fuller stretch. I usually just wait then begin again.

Since it's been 3 months of no length gains I've also questioned how I'm going about the sizegenetics (as I'm using that as the tension rods) until my siliscale comes in...

1. Put my penis in at max flaccid stretch
2. Adjust the bottom screws to go 1cm beyond that flaccid stretch

Have you considered the Lengthmaster? This takes manual work to the next level make it almost impossible not to gain. If this is something that interest you let me know and I can give you a special discount.
 
It's possible that the bathmate work just nudges it more for girth with you, as your using mostly ads type work for the length.

Nothing wrong with that, but to Target that length primarily, you need more intensity, like hanging, then the ads helps the growth from that stretching session.

Ya I see what you mean. I'm losing suction from my silistretcher bell, either the bell is too big (got the medium) or the durosleeves are a bit too stretched. Which weight would you start at for hanging and how long?

You’re going to love it my brother it is such a wonderful tool and it does so much. And there’s no better way to get the immense power you get from the LM! Every stretch you use now by hand the lengthmaster will make 10 times more intense. I guarantee an inch and a side of six months.

Can you work a routine with me to include this and hanging?

I've taken the week off from extending and manual workouts. It's been frustrating. I have kept my 5x5x3 SSJ workouts though.

Tomorrow I'll be attempting my first hanging workout! So I'll be getting excited as I change things up and aim to add another inch. That's all I want and I have to get it!

First hanging workout is done. Felt pretty good! Did 5lbs 4x5mins and rested 2 minutes between the sets.

Now extending 1cm beyond max flaccid stretch. Aiming for 5 hours a day post hanging
 
That’s awesome 1 cm pass your normal is great news! Keep up the good work and watch those gains come in!
 
Update: New Routine November 2019

After a September and October decon break I've decided after reading @longstretch @kyrpa thread to get back into it. I am not sure how much I may have lost but I had hit a 6 month plateau when it came to length and a 2 month plateau when it came to girth. I won't go into details of my last routine but it's found on page 1.

My MEG was at 5" when I stopped, goal is 5.25-5.5"
My NBPEL goal is 7".

Will continue with the 5x5x3 Bathmate exercises in the morning 2x on 2x off

Stretch routine: 3x on, 3x off

30 min hanging at 2.5lbs as a stress relaxer
20 minute hanging at 5lbs with rice sock (do not have Ultrasound yet)
30 minute hanging at 2.5lbs as cool down
15 minute stretches
5 minute bathmate post stretch

• Silistretcher as my hanger
• aiming for 2.7-5% strain per session

@longstretch @kyrpa If you two can chime in that would be very much appreciated!!

*will be purchasing an US device soon

You don´t need to add any load as if there is not enough heat the tissues just stiffen and resist the hang anyways, not stretching any further.

If the hang is produced by continuous load not by the stress relaxation setup you can´t get the best out of it within one 30 min set.

With continuous load more time is needed to get the best possible initial "easy" elastic elongation.

I’ll take note of that! Maybe I’ll attempt 7.5 and see the strain %. I use the silicap. It’s comfortable

From what ive read in the studies linked, I should apply the US for 10minutes, dorsal part of my penis. Rice sock below. Work the shaft

After a 3 month hiatus I am starting with the beginners routine with the bathmate to build back to my tolerance.

My glands are healed finally. The foreskin when pulled back is still red but not sore or irritated. I believe it is from damage by using various creams to help with what I think was a fungal infection?

I’d like to begin the ultrasound method. Curious what I’ve missed in these last handful of months? @kyrpa @longstretch

Definitely check in on the longstretch he’s been doing a lot of work in this area.
 
No don’t worry on that your base will thicken with heavy downward stretching or hanging. If you have a lens master use the bundle chamber to hang the heaviest weight you can handle. Your basil chicken so quickly you have to stop doing it. The base of the penis is the easiest place to gain girth and I has nothing to do with girth exercise it has everything to do with heavy downward stretching.

Base will thicken = Basil chicken...!

Thank you! The ring is one of the black rings from Home Depot. When I go flaccid, it restricts just enough, not overly tight at all and I do check every hour I'll readjust it.

You can get a box of all o rings if all sizes (hundreds in total) online for around 10 bucks. Just google assorted rubber o rings cheapest!

I presume you’ve already vacu vin’d your BM but you will have an appropriate then have an appropriate o ring for that if needed, and you’ll have plenty more as you move up ingirth if using for CR’s.
