Update: New Routine November 2019
After a September and October decon break I've decided after reading
@longstretch @kyrpa thread to get back into it. I am not sure how much I may have lost but I had hit a 6 month plateau when it came to length and a 2 month plateau when it came to girth. I won't go into details of my last routine but it's found on page 1.
My MEG was at 5" when I stopped, goal is 5.25-5.5"
My NBPEL goal is 7".
Will continue with the
5x5x3 Bathmate exercises in the morning 2x on 2x off
Stretch routine: 3x on, 3x off
30 min
hanging at 2.5lbs as a stress relaxer
20 minute
hanging at 5lbs with rice sock (do not have Ultrasound yet)
30 minute
hanging at 2.5lbs as cool down
15 minute stretches
5 minute
bathmate post stretch
• Silistretcher as my
hanger
• aiming for 2.7-5% strain per session
