New year, new penis. Here we go!

Some background info..
Began PE with a basic Bathmate routine in February '18 to May. Took a break until end of this October 2018 because I kept getting red dots, discoloration and bruising ... my guy is slightly darker. It is known as hemosiderin. The blood leaves iron in the skin, causing it to be darker. I have been exfoliating in the shower and applying 10% panthenol cream and it has slightly worked.

I have logged 96 hours so far into Size genetics in the past 7 weeks (November & December). It isn't much, but it's conditioned myself so I can now wear it for 6 hours a day. I'll be wearing it for 1 hour before taking a 5-10 minute break to put it back on. I also had taken a 2 week break from the bathmate to alleviate some darkening. Will be doing 5x5x3 rather than longer duration. Lost ¼ inch in girth with the time off.

First weekly workout as I bring up the intensity. Next week when the Silicone Sleeve arrives and my cock ring too, I'll be at maximum equipment and time.

Weekly Notes:
  • Penis was fatigued today {Thursday} from previous 3 workouts. EQ quality down, hard to maintain erection
  • BM A.M. session (Thursday) was okay, and seemed to help EQ
  • Finding slight difficulty maintaining erection during SSJ but may modify it slightly to have more physical pleasure while performing
  • Resting next two days (Friday and Saturday) from extending
  • SG time: 19½ hours

Im gaining very well with 30mins to 1hour higher force extender sessions a day. I recommend using higher force and less than 1 hour in your extender. It will be less chance of burnout and gains are great!

How far are you stretching beyond your erect length? How long have you been doing this method?

Currently I stretch ½" to close to 1" beyond erect length

I stretch as long as possible maximum SFL.

When you say as long as possible how long are you talking about? 30 seconds, three minutes just give us a general idea. Are used to make my stretching go for a half hour straight as I would switch hands and never let up on the stretch. So basically I never took rest during my stretching sessions.

Woke up and my guy was not as fatigued as the last two days, so I was looking forward to my second 5x5x3 Bathmate session. I will admit that my first session was "okay" at best. Couldn't get the fullness from the SSJ's.

Today was much different. Wow! Incredible! DLD you have created a masterpiece when it comes to girth expansion! I know it's only temporary today, but in 1 session I gained back the quarter inch I lost from taking an extended break from pumping

I have to calm my excitement so I don't over do it again with the discoloration, but it seems like this method doesn't cause extreme fatigue? It is just an all-around workout for what it's intended for!
 
Good job @DantheMan2018 ! The SSJ's might take few times to get a real hold on, I also had slight issues with them but once you get them, boy oh boy!

Remain excited, but maintain discipline. It's good you're taking caution as discoloration really isn't a lot of fun.
I haven't noticed excessive fatigue with pumping and SSJs, just a very good strong feeling. I might get a bit tired but overall there isn't a sense of being worked over. At least with a 5x5x3 method, of course someone could go extreme and do longer sets! :D But I would advice against, at least until one has been on a BM route for a longer time. :)

Intensity has been the key for me...going into my modded X40 with the highest EQ possible and then pumping (slowly) to my max with The VacuVin while kegeling. It's very powerful and I can literally see/feel the expansion

Ya you're spot on. Rest days are needed. Makes me that much more excited to get back into the workout tomorrow! I'll post my next weekly review Saturday! Took the last couple days off extending, and today was a complete rest day for me as well. EQ seems to be back to 100%

  • Extending in SG went smooth
  • BM sessions are kicking ass! Finally got the hang of SSJ's!
  • Slight edema from today's session.
  • Cock ring after each BM session for 5-6 hours
  • Slept with PF 3 hours 3x this week after P.M extending

  • MEG is up! 4
Told myself I'd only measure once a month, but when I woke up with an erection I noticed it was thicker so I measured :) Can't wait for the silicone sleeves & cap to come in. PF's sleeve sucks and it will make extending more comfortable too.

It varies depending upon frequency...if I've had a few 'rest days', I won't be able to pump-to-max until the third set (or sometimes not at all and have to wait for the following day). I immediately back-off the pressure if I feel any sharp pain.

It seems that since I've been doing the SSJ's I get excellent expansion in my Mid shaft even post workout, but not so much from my base to 1" of my base because that's where I clamp my hand. Should I clamp my hand at my base, instead of 1" up?

No don’t worry on that your base will thicken with heavy downward stretching or hanging. If you have a lens master use the bundle chamber to hang the heaviest weight you can handle. Your basil chicken so quickly you have to stop doing it. The base of the penis is the easiest place to gain girth and I has nothing to do with girth exercise it has everything to do with heavy downward stretching.

  • Cock ring after each BM session for 6-7 hours (is this too much? It's comfortable, not too restrictive)

As long as the restriction isn't too much, then all is fine. I mean, I've worn my Ring of Power at times for many hours and even that provides some restriction without ill effects.

Thank you! The ring is one of the black rings from Home Depot. When I go flaccid, it restricts just enough, not overly tight at all and I do check every hour I'll readjust it.

My personal opinion is to treat sex separately, it's an "active recovery" activity. I'll let the experts comment though.

Ya just from my experience, it's never the most pleasant feeling because the penis is worked and sore from sex. Doesn't make a pleasant session of extending, that's for sure.

Of course you can, why not? Let me tell you if your penis is sore and experiencing fatigue I would say work through it by doing stretches. When you’re sore you can always stretch flaccid and if you’re in fatigue there’s no better time to stretch as your pelvic floor muscles are too tired to hold back on the stretch. Girth is different, if you’re feeling fatigued from girth work you will need to rest so that you have good EQ for the next session. But like I said while you’re waiting for a good EQ to come back take it vantage of the situation and stretch your penis

Perfect that's exactly what I did! Took brother Jake's advice and extended in my SG. First couple hours it was sore but after felt fine. I made the choice not to do girth work and saved it for this morning so I'm glad I read your mind ;)

According to this 90% of your gains will come from the sizegenetics.

So keep up with the sg. If you want to change something then change the other workouts not the sg.

Wear it 1,5 each session not 1 hour,somebody said that.

The trick is to wear it 1,5 and the last 15min if you feel it goes towards the pain barrier then you good. Be patient with that 15min, take off and massage and go again.

If you feeling nothing the last 15min then the force wasn't there, it's a fact that the best PE is not a gentle PE.

And those who say extending above your length size and so. They to don't understand that it's the force that is important not the length achievement in the extender.

Someone can extend a high force 1,5h and still be an inch lower then erect size. The other can extend above erect size and there isn't a strong force applied.

So that's just a fairytale that the length is to be achieved to create micro damage.

It's the force that creates that.

For example someone will tell you above 2000gr is good. And if he feels pain barrier the last 15min then he is right (for himself)

Someone for example feels a pain barrier the last 15min with 1500 or 1200gr then they are good to.

So the trick is what did you feel in a session and not in numbers or in length achievement in the extender

Thanks for your input! It's funny you mention that because I was actually considering 1½ hour sessions beginning next week.

Currently I am at half inch beyond erected state, and that's how I gauge my tension. Keep you guys up to date
