2 years NO GAINS!!!!

The reason why you will train for 2 years and not gain is because you are not using enough intensity. If you are using enough intensity and also healing in an elongated state, you will see gains in 3 months time.

2 years with SRT will bring amazing growth. People need to use that routine for best gains

When I first did PE I did the newbie routine stretches with just my hands. I was never able to stretch fully because my grip and forearms would burn out.
I made 0 gains manually.
Saw the lengthmaster and said ok if this doesn't work nothing will.
And I gained 1/4 inch in less than a month doing the exact same routine just with a lengthmaster.
Everyone is different. If you can gain with just manual work consider yourself blessed.
Because some of us need tools to see any kind of gains.

Well, then Mr DLD was blessed to have the grip strength of a coconut crab and have gained 4-inches of length with only doing manual stretches by hand in 12-months.

In all seriousness I'm sure his grip was stronger because I think he was doing 2 sessions a day everyday.

That may or may not be true, but why is it, he is the only man out of tens of thousands of other men to achieve such a notable accomplishment with only doing manual stretches? It's his blessing to having Coconut Crab Grip Strength.
