Think would be ideal to use two thin metal sheets one behind and one in the front.. i may try that too.. I saw this Mityvac pump (metal). A bit more costly though.
More expensive but worth the cost. It simply is the best pump on the market.

now that I don't have pumping routines I have to go manual again.. I have in mind SSJ +DUAL DRY jelqs WDYT

That is kind of redundant I would do the 5x5x3 it is quick and benefits you far better. If that is no good go with SSJ and basic jelqing. I love you my brother in Christ!

I may get the Mityvac pump again the pumping trigger got broken..there's a warranty. MOS shop is giving a discount

Mike I sent the pics to MOS shop and they gave me a discount I was able to get a new Mityvac at a cheaper price almost half it's price. The only thing is that they sent it through it USPS it would take a while to get it
. I asked them what s the cost to send it through FedEx or something else..

Yep I did but I'm not sure if they read it .If they already sent it through USPS yep I think I will get the package but their system here is slow as f..RN I can't pay for the FedEx or ups service so.. I have to wait until they bring it or I go to their office they have a tracking number it's useful at least..

Gains are due to specific attacks based on where you are. It's all based on personal experiences and willingness to jump forward with experiments. So, what level of self experiment are you willing to subject yourself under to break some barriers?
