I have been stretching and pumping If I pump close to 10 hg almost get to 18.5 cm 7+ inches is it likely I could get to 9 inches (fill the tube) by mid may...2025?
 
It's possible but set your goals to smaller increases. Shoot for 8 and when you get there make it 9.

Just be sure you continue your training even when you don't feel like it. There were many days where I was tired or having a bad day I always used that to inspire me to push forward. So get it done no matter what!

Just got home I'm eating pizza lol ..I have to let my legs rest a little.. Grab that LM and continue with my routine.. I know you wish the best for me. That's why you pray every day for the bros.. I feel tired but I want gains so...

:) I felt tired many times but I always looked to my goal and that wound inspire me to train. A lot of time this meant that I may start out tired but once I started the exercise I always gained the strength I needed to get through this. If your in pain back off but if you are sore or tired push through it and get. the most you can out of it. Jesus be with you in your struggles.

I had pizza and a cherry coke yesterday was ok, feel a bit tired again but I'm going to take a small break and resume in 20 minutes...I want to hold a 9x6+" inches trophy between my legs by the end of the year 💯..I know Jesus is whit me he's my brother and he loves me. I know you wish the best for me too

I had this side view of my semi erect penis today looked so short that made me feel I have been wasting my time.

Mostly I have been doing LM expressive stretchings 😆. Plus pumping but once the penis feels is not getting under stress goes back to normal 😂😬

What about mid shaft stretchings?

Besides I have realized that I have to use a silisleeves to keep it elongated
 
We all have days where we look small. I know i did and it was depressing to see. But never let that disappoint you. A smaller penis can be something as simple as fatigue. what is your current routine?

It's basically LM bundled stretching. BTC,Downwards, Outwards, Upwards.
20 mins pumping whit the Mityvac.

It's been 8 days since the last routine. Now feel I haven't had a routine in years.. I know I'm lacking discipline here..

Improving every part of you body is what God wants for you. 8 days off is too much. Seek out that Discipline in every way possible. You know i pray for you and the Brotherhood to remain diligent and determined to reach you goal.❤️

I know it's way too much. I can't seem to find a purpose towards P E I have activities throughout the day I don't want to lose the reason why I want to get bigger. But I know it's important, useful, fulfilling and as you mentioned before We are the ones that are doing things that not many men practice nor know about..

Just keep it simple and smooth every day. Not putting too much pressure on yourself and you will gain, but you need to remain committed so you get in the habit of training every day or whatever your schedule is. Remember, you got God with you so lean on him in times of trouble and ask for inspiration in your prayers.
