Stretch until your hands are shaking and keep going. Your hand strength will become out of this world. I had it but lost it when I stopped stretching.

Yep the grip should improve with practice
After a month the grip is supposed to improve and so on.One of my goals dreams lol is to buy a mos red,the LM 3 and a mityvac ..they seem to work wonders

Perfect time. I did two of these with my broomstick. With high intensity stretching you should not need more.
